If he could marry Rimuru, he absolutely would without a second thought. Diablo loves him like *that.* Crazy, right?
@@allsmilesx0573 Now for Diablo as a diplomat. Keep the US and Russia example in mind. It's important for explaining this part. If Guy is the US at this point in the anime, and Diablo is Russia, then Rimuru is South Africa. Think: BRICS [Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa]. This is an economic alliance. Russia *loves* South Africa, and has been trying to be accepted down there for years. Once they *finally* got connected, they didn't want to ever separate, hence BRICS. This strengthened Russia's economy. These are just the particulars; no discussion on policy, ethics, or anything like that. As promised, I'm not going to get political. I'm not going to spoil it, but this move actually is a slap in Guy's face without causing a war. When you get to it, it'll all come together. This is very clean political acumen, and it shows just how astute Diablo is. This is because Rimuru is *completely* unaware that Diablo has accomplished an alternative objective. Objective 1: Get on Rimuru's team. ✅ Objective 2: Get, and stay, close to Rimuru. ✅ Objective 3: Convince Rimuru to allow more power through. ✅ Objective 4: Increase Rimuru's might and influence. ✅ Objective 5: Win Rimuru's heart. [Pending] Objective 6: Stay with Rimuru forever. [Pending] Objective 7: Beat Guy and rub his nose in it. [Advancing] This is what translate into power for these characters. So, this move reshapes the feud between him and Guy. He's planning to finally beat Guy by winning at life. Here's how it breaks down where you are currently: 1. Guy has not made any progress with Leon. This isn't a spoiler; just a gag that you'll soon see if it hasn't been shown yet. I won't say anything about how it plays out. *That'll* be a spoiler. Diablo has made progress with Rimuru. Diablo is currently winning that one. 2. Guy abandoned his throne in the demon realm only to assume another one in the living realm. You probably already presumed this, so it's not a big deal to mention it. This is called a lateral move; no advancement. Diablo maintains his throne in the demon realm and now works for Rimuru, which is his dream job. There's more, but it's a major spoiler, so I can't tell you. Diablo scored the job of his dreams, already advanced his career, and kept his original job in the process. His _bank account_ is bigger. Diablo is currently winning that one. 3. Most characters alive now know nothing about Guy. Though he somewhat likes it that way, his influence is very shadowy. Diablo has been introduced to many thousands of people [you saw this already], and now works for the most important political leader in the world. Because he's more widely connected in the physical world, he holds more influence. Diablo is winning this one. There are more areas to compare where I am, but outlining them would be EXTREME spoiler territory, so I won't disrespect you by going into those yet. Where I estimate the anime to be, these three areas should be sufficient. Diablo = 3; Guy = 0. After reading all of this, I strongly recommend reviewing Diablo from his introduction. He's become such a meme because he's very layered, hilarious, and wildly interesting. I know it's a lot to read, but it's SO worth it to read it and rewatch his parts with all of this in mind. It'll answer questions about him you may have regarding his motives, actions, and feelings. All of the jokes you see in the comments will hit that much harder. I've been laughing so hard that I had tears running from my eyes. He's such a fantastic character. I can't wait to talk about him even more. Let me know if you want to discuss Rimuru vs Hinata too. A lot of people have been wondering how they should interpret those fights. It's a bit confusing because it's got a very large amount of details to keep up with, and translators altered the context of some things that were said, but reviewing the politics will bring it all together. It's a long read and you've already seen it, so it might be better to just talk about it. I can tell you how the manga and anime differ.

If he could marry Rimuru, he absolutely would without a second thought. Diablo loves him like *that.*
Crazy, right?
Objective 2: Get, and stay, close to Rimuru. ✅
Objective 3: Convince Rimuru to allow more power through. ✅
Objective 4: Increase Rimuru's might and influence. ✅
Objective 5: Win Rimuru's heart. [Pending]
Objective 6: Stay with Rimuru forever. [Pending]
Objective 7: Beat Guy and rub his nose in it. [Advancing]
This is what translate into power for these characters. So, this move reshapes the feud between him and Guy. He's planning to finally beat Guy by winning at life. Here's how it breaks down where you are currently:
@@JimmyCrackorn if you ever wonder, someone actually read all of this and that's me! my interest in this anime is at it's peak right now and what you said made me even more interested making me want to start reading the LN!! I appreciate your effort, also what makes me read all of this is bcuz I am fascinated by rimuru and diablo's relationship 🤣
@@jcgarcia1951 It's so interesting, isn't it? This series is very deep! It doesn't seem like it on the surface, but it's a very mature narrative for adults. And what makes that presentation so good is that it's still entertaining to children. It opens up a world of things that we can discuss and teach to our kids. I *LOVE* social commentaries like this. I know of two others I think this community would like.
If you asked me if I'd be into a political anime 20 years ago, my battle shonen superfan self wouldn't be able to even conceive of following one. Then I came across Slime and my whole world changed. It's a masterclass on truly great and meaningful writing.
I want him to be on the next Walpurgis just to blow some minds
I wanted him to be there so bad as well.
I agree and want that as well but no walpurgis happen anymore at least until the 20th vol. of the books. Am not sure abt after but with the current status up until where I've read whereas Rimuru is literally God level already, I don't think we need another Walpurgis
@@ameliaadea5968 I do agree with you guys with this, I wanna see Diablo attend the next walpurgis if it ever happens, but if it does it's gonna be one heck of a scene and we know What would happen if Diablo showed up
They already know about him before the next Walpurgis happens (volume 18 iirc). Guy and the rest found out about Diablo and the rest of the primordials joining Rimuru in volume 11.
in that case, Guy would instantly cancell Walpurgis lol
Technically its almost impossible to summon a primordial demon unless the demon themselves agrees to the summon
Bro loyalty is a whole new level on its own. Great job, Diablo 😎
This is probably the reason that when he went back he could only get 700 greater demons than his estimated 1000
The other 300 got slaughtered by diablo when rimuru performed greater demon summoning 😂
Diablo actually Hijack the Demon summoning cuz he's obsessed with Rimuru when Shizue met Rimuru
More specifically he was obsessed with the mask that seemed to transcend time and when he saw it react to Rimuru he realized that he made it or will make it.
@@Daxyl I know... They already shown in on S1 ova episode and in Manga Slime Diaries.
Diablo first meet Shizue because of his obsession with the Mask he observe and follows Shizue. Its also Funny that Shizue was on guard to Diablo to the point She reminds Diablo as a Black Dog in previous world Neighbor.
Also, sacrificing the other two demons that remaru had summoned was part of his plan, so that he can be the only one to serve remaru, directly of course.
Rimuru still virgin till the end of the novel i think 😌🗿🔥
Slime don't have virgin concept ig
How random😂😂
Actually he can reproduce his genitals but it was Ciel who does not want to do it so she can monopolize him from the other girls 🤣
Spoiler from web novel. Ciel doesnt allow him to fully turn him into any gender because he doesnt trust hes master. iykyk
@@helptowin I don't understand?? Sorry can you explain?
Btw the offering was the 20,000 dead corpse from the soldiers. The souls were used for evolving into a demon king (Harvest Festival).
Diablo - "Noir" is one of the first 14 beings created by the gods.
Regardless of the circumstances, Diablo's sole desire is to serve Rimuru and remain unwaveringly loyal to him. Diablo was aware of Rimuru's presence from the moment he was summoned from our world and set his sights on Rimuru as his master right from the beginning. Diablo's value system differs significantly from that of other demons; he does not pursue power but rather admires cunning and one's abilities.
Primordial demons werent created by the Gods, only the angels, they just suddenly exists the same time the angels were created because the universe need to be balanced, and those primordials are the counterpart of those angels
@@user-vr3rh1mt6p and who deciced that they existed? They did not just came into existence, nice copying from the wiki btw. Beings do not just start existing.
@@ALrinea try to do some research, or probably your tiny mind cant comprehend that volume pretty well cauz its out of the capacity of your brain
The universe is the one who created the primordial demons after veldanava created the angels, the power need to be balance and thats the respond of the univese from the creation of angels
It's not soul, it the body. And Diablo can intercept with the demon summoning allowing himself to be summoned. Not because he holds the key but because he knows how to. All primordials holds the key and can go back and fort. But they can only stay in their dimensions or just hours in the outside without contract fee.
I read it from the LN or WN he existed since the dawn of time
and this very same op demon is being told nonchalantly by rimuru to go home 💀
Well primordial demons existed since ancient times
I love him so much ❤❤
I watch 3 times I got reincarnated as slime just because of him 😂❤❤
How old? HA! His title is Primordial. Meaning he is at least as old as the world itself or maybe even older.
The answer is yes, simply yes.
Question: How old is Diablo?
Answer: Yes
Diablo so old he saw meteor that killed dinosaurs
He's a primordial demon so he's as old as time itself. He was created by Veldanava alongside the other primordial demons and angels in the beginning of time
The souls were used for the harvest festival only the bodies were used as the offerings for the summoning ritual
fun fact - Guy named himself because of the sounds the victims he killed made 'gee, and crimson was named by rudra during their fight.
rimaru was not picking and just said strong guys get out here and D said "Bet ive been waiting.".
Rimuru summoned a greater demon using the bodies of the dead, he even said it in the anime, not the souls. He needed the souls for the Harvest festival and the resurrection magic.
ahh, yes i forgot... you're right, those souls were for him to evolve. the demons are just an extra reward.
Diablo's age or any demon and angel primordial's age in general wasn't mentioned, but one thing's for sure, Diablo was born as the counterpart to the birth of the 3rd primordial angel.
Technically speaking, Diablo is like 2 days old since he was reborn as soon as he got a name.
Noar, on the other hand, is as old as time itself
He is born when the universe was born
if he had been summoned the first time he would not be a buttler of Rimuru but be working as Ramiris 's bodyguard
You're right, diabolo forced himself into the summoning. But souls are not used to summon demons. Bodies are necessary to entice demons.
He's older than veldora I know that because in the myth it said that Delta Nava created the primordial demons and then the seven true dragons were the last creatures to be created because they held the most of his power
nope veldanava never created the primordial daemon
They born out of darkness for the opposite power or balance when veldanava created the angels out of the light
So when the angels came out the Daemons came out too
Primordial means from the beginning of time
In the WN it was indeed mentioned by Diablo himself that he needed to kill his competitors when Rimuru summoned a demon I forgot about LN if Diablo mentioned him killing his competitors.
its true he basically slaughtered an entire army of demons waiting for the summons. the two guys with him and him were the only survivors
But if he slaughtered every demon. How can he still got 700 demon to join rimuru and create demon squad.
@wilsonyoung1832
He didn't kill the demons under the three devil girls or all demons in the underworld. He simply killed the demons that were about to answer the call.
@@cryptic-CZcamsIs there a different flow of time in the demon realm? I mean, the summoning ritual didn‘t take much time. How can there be a whole army be ready, to get summoned from Rimuru and how had Diablo had the time, to kill each of the competitors, when they can‘t know, at which time Rimuru would use a summoning again?
@Kylar195
Yes, the demon realm is a spiritual world it isn't connected to the material world so the flow of time is different there..
How old is Diablo? Well he's one of the 14 primordials (7 angels and 7 demons). One of the angels (Might be Zalario) said they've been around for billions of years, so it'd make sense that they've all been around that long at least. But there's not a definite answer, just they all been around before time itself existed.
516 years old "the amounts of comments in this video"
He almost attempted to kill Berreta when they met.
what did diablo mean though when he said he wanted to test out his new body that his new mater gave him? If he wasn't summoned
Old since the beginning of creation when the creation of angels, demons were to exist as the opposite😌
Ok Diabo's age 900 trillion eons
What does eons mean?
Whats does eons mean?
Hes old as time as he was born when veldanava made the world
Hes primordial. Which makes him 1 of the first. Hes as old as his own realm.
I dont remember what manga or chapter it was, but when Rimuru was summoning a demon the first time (Beretta), we saw from Beretta's pov that they were there waiting for Rimuru's call the entire time. Unfortunately Diablo was currently out somewhere and was not present (it showed a card with him saying that he was out for a while). Beretta then panicked and had no choice but to go in Diablo's place instead.
No he wasnt gone anywhere but was busy praising rimuru to his other black dependents so beretta who was observing rimuru had no choice but to answer rimuru's call since noir was busy telling how great rimuru was..it's in manga either in tensei niiki or clayman's time travel lol.
@softmist0015 It's from the top of my head since it's been a while reading it, so some things can be wrong. But if it's Nikki or Clayman's revenge, then it's Nikki because I've never read Clayman's revenge before.
Edit: I found it. It had a mini Diablo with a card saying he's on vacation. Tensura Nikki Vol. 6 chapter 54.5
Love you bro ♥️
He's rimuru's number 1 fan
Nope he 2nd cause ciel is 1st
Imagine Diablo ended serving Ramiris cause he came in the first summon .
How does that joke go again?
What happens if 3 primordials walk into a bar?
Spoiler:
Rimuru: you get a name. You get a name. And you get a name!
When Even Cats Are Getting Married And You're Still Single. 😂😂😂
He's not old He's ancient 😂
At this point, I just wanna see the rest of upcoming seasons about diablos mischiefs 😂
Veldanavas Era man, he born at the beginning of time
Literally the age of universe creation along with Guy Crimson.
Diablo came with me, older than this cosmos. but my memory ends there, idk who is older. when you think about it in a sense of time.
Fun fact: rimuru are the one who name thanos.
Bruh it's wasn't soul it was 20k dead bodies 😂
I would say, "I mean no disrespect but please just shut up I had a long day at work and need a bit to relax"
welp, he is demon peers.
he is in league with demon lords
At least 6 years old
Bro......
Yeah at the very least he is 6years old
You mean 6 billion
@@lungimkhwanazi8750no.
I wonder how many episodes left for s3....i really love this anime!!
He's at least 2000 years old that I do know
Answer to the Question: He is a primordial
Its not souls that rimuru use in demon summoning, he use the bodies to summon demons
Question, if he has the keys to the underworld, why would he need to wait until Rimuru summon him?
At least 20,000 years old as thats the requirement for becoming a deamon lord. And he said its easy so definitely more than that
"despair time"
Diablo is older than red primordial,
The very name itself says how old he is. I mean, they're called primordials. 😅
Definitely older than 2k years.
Diablo's actually older than veldora
Diablo just piggy bank to those two demons (those two who was sacrificed for reviving Shion and company) when rimuru summoned a demon.
That mf strong af
Diablo has been alive since the Dawn of Creation
"since the dawn of time" or something like that
he really wanted to serve rimuru..
So that mean we’re this close to diablo serving ramiris
He's 666 billion years old. 🤭
He a big fan boy 😂
I have vague recollecion that diablo is as old if not older than guy crimson and in terms of power diablo and guy cruising are on equal footing
rimurus loyal butler
Ho old is Diablo? Yes
The silver twins(?) in the last episode of the 1st season of tensura, summoned Noir with only 2 souls.
He wanted to go then for fun
Two soul is not enough to summon a greater demon.. and Summoning Archdemon is something impossible... Diablo has habit of going in central world whenver he gets bored... So he summoned himself if someone is summoning a demon when he is bored... Diablo dven summoned by a girl with only 20 people... but this is impossible..
Diablo is as old as the creation of the universe
Wait from where you got video of this blond guy? I am in season 3 and didn't see that guy yet
I think 20k + cuz thats how long the tensura world existed i think
Hes just want more screen time 😌
20 Billion years old 😅
Since the dawn of time
1 Million years
So if he holds the key to the underworld gate and can move between the worlds as he pleases, why would he eliminate any other potential candidates???😂
Can you tell me the background music
More than 10k years
If he didn't missed when Rimuru summoned Beretta he would be with Ramiris all the time tho
😂 diablo initiated mitm attack in a nutshell
20000 years 😊
Hes way above the legal age 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Answer- diablo is roughly around 30 billion years old cause he came in existence since the start of time and he cannot be killed so he will remain till the end of time
