One thing I would like to make clear is that, with regards to Tukulorr is that... The Tukulorr is by no mean be categorised as a tribe. The Tukulorr is absolutely and 100% Foulas /peul /fulani ect. Is just an extract or a branch of Foula ethnic. If you talking about Mandingas /mailienke/mandigo or even the Dioulas of Ivory Coast are 100% mandings as we absolutely know. So in this regard Tukulorr is never a tribe/ethnic on its own, all their cultures and traditions are based on Foula, am 100% certain about it.
