If you watch at 3:07, Pedro initiates a takedown, which Tainan kinda blocks. But the situation is never solved, the scramble for the dominant outcome continues. And when Tainan then sits down, he gives away the scramble, resulting in a finished takedown.
Very confusing refereeing at the end there, luckily the jiujitsu shown in this final is of much higher quality.
