While you've got a point, Aki isn't an automatic starter and Hansen is barely hanging on to his jersey. He was by far the weakest link in the Irish team from the French game. Lowe is playing well but isn't a huge loss when he's not there. Jamison Gibson Park wasn't fit for the game so Ire can still beat the best teams without their best foreign born players.
There's a lot of competition for jerserys and I'd argue Irelands world class players are predominently Irish born- Sheahan, Porter, Furlong, Beirne, Doris, VDF, Sexton, Henshaw, Ringrose, Keenan.

Also every team has foreign born players in it (even your England, who famously, aren't fond of anyone from foreign shores) have 5 in their squad. Scotland have 21. Even the All Blacks have a bunch. When it comes to professional sportsmen too many seem to object to it. Merits is what gets you a passport to a different country. I am happy with that especially in the context of pro rugby. There are too many fighting for a place in the Australian team. This guy wouldn't have had a chance to show how good he is if he stayed where he was. Bonjour,
    HONTE A LUI !!!
    UN FAUX-CUL FINI !!!
    UN NUL EN L'OCCURRENCE !!!
    Bref, on l'oublie …
Bravo et merci aux joueurs !

Another strong Irish accent. It really doesn't matter where you are born, but it should matter where you grew up from child to adulthood, where you learned your rugby. @@conorstagg8888 Yeah I do think that where you learned your rugby should be considered though. For me a Test match is a test of that countries talent vs another's. Talent produced by an Aus rugby system shouldn't represent Ireland in my opinion, or at least should be limited to maybe 2 players. A player born in Aus though but lived and grew up in Ireland, is Irish as far as I see it - he would have an Irish accent, he learned rugby in Ireland. Nobody says Andrew Mehrtens is South African because he was born in Durban for example, because he grew up in NZ. Thats more NB for me.
