Why is my command says “No targets matched selector” if the armor stand “move” is there?

Hey D'henry PH thank you so much for making a tutorial of your videos that you showed how that wakes up
For anyone on Keyboard, you can:
Hold control and press 0,1,6,7 to get the symbol for editing text color.
After the symbol, add a
Number for color
l for large/bold font
Test out more too

You can put 1200 if you want it to deplete every 2 minute and 600 or 30 second

Place a golden pressure plate beside the command blocks excluding the 2 commands on each end

Does it work on multi-player?
for people who are not getting it due to a syntax error, in the "execute tp" command block, try this:
Execute at @e[name= "move"] run tp ~ ~ ~1
Use the same command to the other "execute tp" blocks in the tutorial, it should work (I did this in xbox one)
If the armor stand is moving to the wrong direction, just change place of the number in the "~ ~ ~1" part
("~~~" are the coordinates)
Why doesn't my actionbar appear even though I've followed the tutorial above?
I followed all the steps and the tutorial(but i changed the "Thirst: Drink now" to "Thirst: Dehydrated") but it didnt work. It didnt move the armor stand, i set the tick to 600 so 30 seconds. But after 30 seconds the armor stand didnt move. Also i named it "move".

Kinda impossible since u cant detect biomes ur in, u only can detect blocks, I dunno if there's a way to detect biomes for my knowledge there's none

Everything works perfectly still to this day. Just with the Amour stand teleporting down and up. I got it to be fixed just had to do:
execute as @e [name=move,r=1.25] at @s run tp ^ ^ ^1
Can't seem to figure out why it keeps teleporting indefinitely tho. It doesn't stop at the wither effect it just keeps going
