I love how 90% of the people complaining about BEP supposedly selling out never heard of them until after Elephunk was released. They are always evolving and always brought fun and or socially conscious music to the people. Personally I think we're all lucky to have them ,no matter the period or the line-up and it's a shame that their early work doesn't get the credit it deserves.

It's cool how whether you graduated in the 90s, 00s, or 10s, you probably have high school memories with their songs. I'm class of 06 and I remember so much of their music at house parties

Post 2003 it wasn't hip hop no more. They became a pop band. Now after all the fuzz and fancy lights are out, they're back to being hip hop.
