I live in Ojai. This place is in UPPER Ojai, and it's AWESOME! I've even worked around the property. Far more to the property than this video shows, though it does show the main living quarters. It is literally a working cattle ranch/farm. He has a crew of dedicated South/Central Americans working the property, and they too are awesome people. I won't make enough $ in my life (or what's left of it) to even pay 1 year of property taxes on this property.
