  • Follow our step-by-step instructions to install Yarbo's RTK-GPS. Also, it shows a recommended placement for the RTK antenna. In fact, any spot with a good sky view is good to place the RTK antenna, such as on the roof, on the balcony without being covered by the eave, or even on the ground (installation with a support pole). We will provide you with all the necessary accessories, not all shown in this video.
Please feel free to ask us any of your questions.
You can also learn more about Yarbo from our official website: www.yarbo.com/

Would you be able to attach it to a trailer if you were able to power it?

I think this design could use some refinement. The charging dock Yarbo goes back to to switch attachments. Or just charge on should have the antenna built into it. Competitors are doing this for their smart mowers.

Thanks for your suggestion. We have planned the function you mentioned called Superdocking which can auto switch different modules. And for the antenna, we surpass most of our competitor that we have five ways to install RTK antenna which is not limited to placing it next to the docking station.

What is the distance that the RTK can see? Does it also require a cellular connection? These would be nice to know for future customers. Also, does the Yarbo M1 stop when signal is weak? Can this work with say 2 RTK antennea, that way you could put one on each side to stay within sight no matter where YARBO is in the yard or does the internet/Wi-Fi help with this?

Hi Anthony, The RTK effective distance is around 15km, and it does require a cellular connection. And we only need one RTK antenna, even for multiple Yarbo usages.
For the second question, yes our Yarbo will stop if the internet connection is unstable, also will make a sound from Yarbo to let the user know.
