Yes, the video that took 30 minutes to record, and maybe 3 hours to edit greatly impacted their ability to ship packages. Get real man. Who knows when they filmed this video; could have been 3 weeks ago, could have been yesterday. Maybe he is helping, what’s the difference? Yarbo’s are shipping now.

How many times does Yarbo need to let you know that you will be receiving your order AS EARLY as October? Packaging is easy. Floating it across the ocean takes time.

They specifically stated that delivery is not expected until October. None of them are late until then.

I can answer that question. If you paid attention from their first video release. The video releases are always a few days/week later. The current progress you see in the video, they are actually further in production than that. They are doing everything in batches. So they may already have 100 Yarbos ready to go but they won't update the status until the whole batch is done. They didn't give a specific date for Aug because they knew first batch shipping wouldn't start until late Aug , so maybe around 25th I feel the same way as you do. But I think they are making progress. We will certainly receive it very late October or probably mid November

Although Yarbo has always been perfectly clear on when the units will begin shipping and the order in which they will be shipped, this continues to be a customer disappointment. It doesn't need to be. Perhaps using a different font or a confirmation dialog on which the person must read and acknowledge the estimated ship date would help eliminate the unusual number of people who do not know when the units will ship. Effective communication not only involves speaking but being heard. Yarbo has proven that they are #1 in customer service. I am certain they will address this ongoing issue better in the future.

From what I'm hearing, mine is not being shipped until October...

@KWlsuz20 October is the arrive at your house time. August was the ship date. But it's all based on when you ordered and order batches. If you're from the US like me, we will be waiting on shipping overseas and customs clearances. But unless someone from Yarbo specifically told you they will only be shipping yours in October, you should receive it in October. Unless you ordered later, of course.

They already have real products out in the public, so why wouldn't the 2024 Yarbo be real? Also, they have had plenty of live sessions where we asked them to do specific things using their preproduction versions of the robot, and they did it in front of our eyes. Hard and very expensive to fake all that. Not to mention, they have a revolutionary idea of a product that is bound to make them filthy rich, if they execute properly.

@@JayWozz then why can't they just show the boys being assembled. The live demos are always from the 2023. All I'm saying is, you are showing videos of random things but none of the actual products in production

@@Pele-speak The way production lines work is you first have to make the parts and test the parts before you can assemble them. What makes you think there won't be a video of assembly soon? Try to be patient, and be thankful they are showing any of this at all. Let's assume they are behind... Would you actually be surprised? In the tech industry (especially new tech, with lots of uncharted territory), it's rare for everything to go perfectly as planned. I would much rather them take extra time to make things right, rather than ship a piece of junk.
