    I see mine- I see MINE .... yup that's the one right there that I adopted.... its like a puppy waiting to come home with me! :) Yarbo the yard is ready and waiting for you to come play in! Home sweet home.

    Currently have one Luba out being service, and my other one will have to ship too for repairs as soon as I receive the one currently out or my Yarbo arrives.
    I'm so glad I had a backup Luba to hold me over, but I wish my Yarbo would be here now to take over.
    Hope I see the next step change soon on the tracking status.

      From what I'm hearing, mine is not being shipped until October...

      @KWlsuz20 October is the arrive at your house time. August was the ship date. But it's all based on when you ordered and order batches.
      If you're from the US like me, we will be waiting on shipping overseas and customs clearances.
      But unless someone from Yarbo specifically told you they will only be shipping yours in October, you should receive it in October. Unless you ordered later, of course.

      We are pleased to inform you that all orders are currently being processed. Shipping will be carried out in the order in which the orders were placed. The shipping schedule is from August 20th.
      As of now, orders placed before August have entered the quality checking process. We’re committed to ensuring the best performance of Yarbo for all our customers, so we’ve made our quality checking process even more thorough and more comprehensive. And also due to the high volume of orders, this may result in longer processing time.

    Can this product work in -25 to -35? or will the battery fail? I have a Tesla and it's has to keep the battery warm in this type or weather.

      Hi there, Thanks for your question! During cold weather, the battery preheats itself while on the docking station, ensuring prime operating conditions.

    Can't wait to get mine...but I don't think this is the real Yarbo factory. Notice that people are using different wrenches to do the same set of screws on the assembly lines. Also open toed shoes are usually not allowed in an assembly house. Also every one of the workers ae doing the exact same job at the same time. In a real assembly factory you will never see that. I'm still exited to try out the new Yarbo!

    why don't you show a video of you packing them up and shipping for all the people that have paid. Beginning to think i'm going to get ripped off by Yarbo. For paying months ago and no updates on when it should ship.

      They specifically stated that delivery is not expected until October. None of them are late until then.

      I can answer that question. If you paid attention from their first video release. The video releases are always a few days/week later.
      The current progress you see in the video, they are actually further in production than that.
      They are doing everything in batches. So they may already have 100 Yarbos ready to go but they won't update the status until the whole batch is done. They didn't give a specific date for Aug because they knew first batch shipping wouldn't start until late Aug , so maybe around 25th
      I feel the same way as you do. But I think they are making progress. We will certainly receive it very late October or probably mid November

      Although Yarbo has always been perfectly clear on when the units will begin shipping and the order in which they will be shipped, this continues to be a customer disappointment. It doesn't need to be. Perhaps using a different font or a confirmation dialog on which the person must read and acknowledge the estimated ship date would help eliminate the unusual number of people who do not know when the units will ship. Effective communication not only involves speaking but being heard. Yarbo has proven that they are #1 in customer service. I am certain they will address this ongoing issue better in the future.
