We've all been there, with a cooler and ice, instead of fridge. It takes a minute to gain all the items needed to camp and live outdoors, so enjoy.
I got a good piece of advice from a lady who travels alone. Go to goodwill and buy a pair of men's workboots and a pair of lady's sandals. Set the two pair of shoes right outside the door and it will make others think that you aren't alone 👍

Hi! Random cooking tip…You may have done this & just not shown it; but when I cut peppers and onions, I go ahead and cut the whole thing. I store the unused slices in separate ziplock bags in the fridge or even the freezer until I need them. That way-that part of the cooking process is done already. ❤

That fridge is nice!! I still run with an old electric cooler. One day, I will upgrade. Also that is a good idea about the awning, I never considered the need to leave in a hurry. Im looking to get an awning on my car and will keep that in mind. Anyway! Safe travels!
Hey!! Oh wow I'm sure that electric cooler works just as good. Mine was just a regular cooler and the ice would melt pretty fast. Yes! I love having my awning up, especially in the evening. But if I had to leave in the middle of the night it would turn very dangerous quickly!! Thank you so much for watching!! And let me know when you start camping!!

My dad is 91 and still calls me a 3 time loser. I finally got counseling and found out I always took care of everyone else and then when I got sick or something went wrong in their lives, they abused me or left. I am learning what you said so thank you so much ❤

You're doing good Rochelle! I enjoy watching your videos. I'm glad you're making time for yourself (in nature). I, too, am a single mom but kids are older now. I, too, love nature and do part time camping in my Chevy Tahoe (no-build build). I adopted a half German Shepherd who just turned 1! I took him camping for the first time at Bodega Bay, CA and we had a blast. He acclimated quickly. I wish we can attach pic here to show you our sleeping arrangement. On our first night, he woke up and barked at 12:30am. Not only that I know I will enjoy his company, but he keeps us safe also. Keep going Rochelle. I hope one day you can come to CA and maybe, we can camp together. I love watching @winterisblue too. 💝

After my divorce I had to learn how to take time for myself when my children were with their grandparents & dad. After a while I began to make plans for myself & had a great time by myself sometimes & with friends & family. Keeping you & your family in prayer!! Much love🖤❤️

No, it doesn't sound crazy that talking to other adults was very therapeutic for you. I as a caregiver have those same moments because my days are spent in this house with my disabled father all day. So the need to converse with other adults is very important to me or else I end up talking to myself. LOL 😄🤣

I'm also divorced and was devastated at 55, having to find a career just before the pandemic with 2 kids, it still isn't easy and im almost 62 but my older children help tremendously. I wouldn't change a thing , best thing that has happened but it didn't feel like that in the beginning, and your brother is an angel!❤

Good to see ya out and bout. I imagine life after a divorce can be hard, but stay strong and find urself in peace and comfort. I have learned we seem to be more at peace and relaxed with or lives, when we stop and learn to be ok with our own time. So being alone and reflecting on the past and imagining the future is very helpful to fulfill our souls and mind. But those are my thoughts and i am rambling lol. Stay safe and good adventures! ✌
