A lot of people think locally when starting a social enterprise, or a business. A lot of businesses could do something global if they have that in their minds from the get-go.. Anyway, starting, is the main thing.
I think social enterprises must first ask the government and the company to clean up that land fill and not take the wastes to make some profits out of it! Social enterprises in the Philippines do a lot of working at the root causes of problems.
