I love your Vlog! Watch it daily! A suggestion…. Clear your pantry of all the canned foods….very HIGH sodium…..which is not good for any of us as we age. Make a fresh chicken noodle or vegetable soup and eliminate salt. Want to see you around for many years.
Sodium is not the problem , look at all the other mystery ingrediants ,too. Eat fresh ,my gosh ,all the cheaper fresh veggies in PH .Salt to taste Our body needs salt ,too much of anything is bad.
@@farmerboy8659 yes we need a moderate amount of sodium depending on our lifestyle…..all the other chemicals in the soups are contributing to the unhealthy symptoms. The general rule though is that any processed foods contain many things that we do not need and could be harmful. Buy, cook and eat fresh!
I always get worried when a doctor loads people up with lots of drugs, keep an eye Dennis just in case he has a bad reaction to any of them. Good luck and stay healthy.

Well about 2 years ago my liver functions were low had a test fatty liver! i got scared and lost over a 100 pounds from 264 to 160 all good now and off BP meds as well. it is what it is good luck buddy.

I envy you guys. I can not talk my lovely asawa of 42 years to retire in the Philippines She is from Cebu. Our retirement comes to around $4500 a month so I know I can live a great life there. Turning 70 years old this month so running out of time lol. I will keep trying

I was in Canada a few years ago. Staying at a hotel that offered a American breakfast so the menu siad. When I got it, it was scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage with gravey. Hahaha 😂😅
The best chef cooks to the tune of the pan. witch means just put this and that togather and you have a dish fit for a king.

I think Western food is a good coverall to explain the difference between that and Asian cuisine. Don't worry about anyone nitpicking your choice of words. I hope Dennis will get second opinion on all the medicines. My MIL was on so many meds at one time, when we switched Drs. they took her off most of them and monitored her health and blood to see if they were really necessary. When it was all said and done it went from 8 to 4 medications and she seemed more mentally alert afterward.

Canada is part of North America, so they are Americans too. I still today wonder why USA citizens are called "Americans" and not all other countries within North and South America. We call the people from Great Britain, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Russia, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway and Poland Europeans.
Europe is just that... Europe, so they are all Europeans.... from Europe. But they all have country names as more precise of location using borders. Then cities can reduce it further. Eg, someone is from New York is from the Americas, from North America, from the United States of America, and finally from New York. Location location location. Yes, Canada is in North America and Mexico as well. So yes, they are North Americans... not Americans, but actually Canadians and Mexicans. Americans are Americans because the country is called United States of America...USA. it's about being logical and to help with defining locations.
If you like, you CAN say you are from the AMERICAS as that is made up of North AND South America.
Maybe we should all just call everyone Earthlings.... from Earth...lol

My arm blew up after the pneumonia shot. It felt like someone shot me in the arm. Then the swelling went all the way down. Pneumonia shots are notorious for a strong local reaction. Plus I felt feverish and sick for a couple days. Don’t get that way from any other vaccine so be aware guys that can happen. Best wishes for your continued good health.
