- We reckon sportsbridge design comes alive around 20m and this new 40-knot Sunseeker 75 Sports Yacht certainly looks like it will thrill the senses.
An update of the 74 Sports Yacht - and to be joined by a Predator 75 - this sportsbridge design has kept many of the features that made its predecessor so popular but added some important upgrades, not least a Category A RCD rating, the highest possible for a leisure yacht.
Underlining Sunseeker’s intentions for this big powerful boat, the Cat A rating is joined by the sports-lux XPS interior finish and a new transom that tightens up the styling. We looked at hull #1 at the 2023 BOOT Düsseldorf boat show to see the direction of travel for Sunseeker’s new sports models.

Nice Yacht! No real down side to that one! Nice size and finishes!
"Next Generation Finish" I see what you did there. My first thought was it looked like a Star Trek cabin even before you said it. That, of course, is not a bad thing
Surprisingly accessible engine room for this kind of boat. Usually it seems like you can barely get to and around the engines on these sports cruisers. Nice design.
It's a beautiful boat
The 74 Sport was my dream boat. This, what I guess you can call a facelift model, leaves its predecessor it its wake….
You guys seriously need to get this on the water and give it ‘the treatment’!
This yacht is for me😮
💪
Fantastic boat.
Thanks for the tour 👍❤️🇬🇧
Thanks for watching!
Very sharp delivery and well articulated. Just subbed
It's great to have you here Charles, thanks for watching 🙂
what would be the range at 10 knots?
crew cabin would be a workshop for me, as well as storage for scuba diving gear. captain and wife would have the VIP in the nose. make people feel good and get the best out of them.
Nice idea! 👍
What will be its maximum range if we ride it at full speed
quiero 2 de esos
Need some handrails on those aft steps to help people to board, for 3 million euros they should be there.
I always think Sunseeker makes really nice boats but then I play that game of 'But you could more boat for the same money if it was a Pearl' which then leads to the 'Well if it's that much then why not get a Riviera if I want style and and design features, then to well 'if it's design functions, why not Galeon'. But then ultimately my bank account says, 'Psshhh you can't even afford a poster of one of these yachts so what are you even tripping about! Ultimately though I think Sunseeker is overpriced. If I had to get a British yacht, probably Fairline but then they don't have anything this big. Riviera, Galeon or Horizon would be my top choices
Princess
I call it the Pearl 62 problem. When I see one of these videos, I start the old “if I won the lottery” routine. Problem is, if it’s an owner-operator sized boat, then logically and financially the Pearl 62 seems the obvious choice.
However, it strikes me that buying a boat is not a logical decision. Spending anything from £2m and up on something you’ll probably use a couple of hundred hours a month isn’t logical. It’s an emotional decision.
It’s like this - you don’t need a boat, you want a boat. If you’re going to spaff vast amounts of cash, the only sensible thing is to buy the boat you like the best, and bugger practical considerations!
Sirena
Modest, also a bigger space in the living area.
Not sure the point of Cat A for a sports cruiser with limited range..?? I know they can throttle back, just seems a bit 🤷🏾♂️
Not as 'your heart desires' but as the capacity of your diesel tanks desire.
I am obviously bias being British good god we make great boats and good for British jobs maybe we need to shout about it a bit more
shes lovely but i think the need to tweak the interior layout a bit more. they have a dining table in the cockpit, another in the saloon, one on the fly bridge, and another below deck - there is no real lounging area. they need to sort that out. and have one true lounge. and with FOUR dining tables in other areas of the boat i definitely do not see a need to put a coffee table in the master suite.the foredeck was completely omitted from the review - if this was intentional you should mention it and briefly explain.
Seems like they don't do smaller boats at this show for the less wealthy of people, we might like to see them.
Don't wear a windbreaker with a lapel microphone, it picks up noise every time you moved.
This or the Pearl 72
