@@hiteshkumar-yw1kq While it is good to see people coming forward to extend help by sharing their time, I included, with all due respect, we also need to understand that there are professionals out there specifically for this. However pure our intentions are, we are dealing with a fragile mind here. We might very well care about them but if we aren't educated around handling these situations, conversations, or conditions, we should not offer to help. Rather...
Offer support. Show empathy. Be a good listener. But don't take the healing in your hands. For all we know, we might end up projecting our own insecurities on them or we might even end up inducing more conflict in their minds. Direct them to the right people and facilities. That is the best thing to do. Trust me, this is coming from a person who has experienced this first hand.

I fell little wrong about what you are saying jaby. Why was he depressed no one is talking, it's all about nepotism filled in bollywood. Sushant was one of my favorite, he was so talented and a self made star. But just because he had a little off chat Or say discussion with one of the big producers in bollywood he was banned by 7 major producers from their movies. Also we have heard that he signed with so many movies in the future but later producers cancelled their agreements. Why? There are many star kids in bollywood who are mostly doing movies just because they have their families links which is wrong. Search about kangana she is also suffering from this situation but we'll she is strong. She doesn't not care. In coffee with karan show sushant was made fun of like no body knows who he is. So there was a lot of things going on with him and no one cared. Well take a example there's a student who is number 1 in his job, had given around 5-6 years to get perfect but later he is not given what he deserves just because of some idiot rich people who have issues with him. Also bollywood was not treating him the way like other star kids get treated. He was never called in parties or functions why? I don't know why may be because his family background was not like other bollywood stars whose kids have entered into bollywood because of nepotism. I'm not saying that the stars who got into bollywood because of nepotism are not talented but as what sushant used to think I'm also with him that the real talent should get chance first. Sushant did a lot to reach to that mark but he was pushed down by bollywood which was wrong. There's a lot more to say why he went inside that situation don't say like he was mentally weak.

I have dealt with depression all my life. And yes, most of the time you feel guilty for even feeling sad because there is nothing wrong with your life. I'm also an introvert and when I socialise, it emotionally and mentally drains me. As a teen, I used to hide that part and pushed myself to participate in social gatherings or made elaborate excuses to get out of them. But at some point, I accepted that part of me. I started being honest with people around me. It did help a lot when you didn't have to pretend anymore. The depression never really went away...but I've learnt to live with it. Also, just like the "low" days....there are some "high" days when you feel happy and energetic for no particular reason.

The next day at 10 am I received call from my wailing father that my sister had hanged herself. She was four years elder to me and we shared the same date of birth. The time of death was between 11pm-1am, yes I felt her.

I've a similar life as you. And also the experiences. What I've come to understand is you're not here for anyone else. Nor is anyone for you. You are here for yourself. And your existence is complete in itself. Stop giving people the power to make you happy or sad. The power lies with you. Realise that. You're also here with a purpose. Which could be to learn how to be happy, with and without anyone. Your mother will pass away one day. It's the truth. But today she's with you. Make the most of it. And when time comes for her to leave, trust me, God will give you the strength to go on. One last piece of advice, let's imagine today you're sad. There's no one for you. Remember, in a day or two, you'll be in a better mood or place. You just have to know that and hold on until a better day arrives. This way a day, a bad day, will pass. And one day, it'll be the time for you to go too. Naturally, I mean. :) Because in the end, life is all about finishing the time assigned to you here. And you got to do that in the best manner possible. Rest you know better. Bye. Take care. God bless. :)

Depression is a state of mind...I can understand you since I am also an introvert...Just one piece of advice...Don't get attached too much to anyone that you cannot live without them...You said that besides your mother there is no one else in your life and if your mother is gone you would be destroyed...Well I say get out go and enjoy your life...Make new friends meet different people get some new experiences develop some good hobbies...Also if you are not employed get a job...Do such things that will occupy your mind all the while which will help you stay away from all the negative thoughts...I too have experienced heartbreak betrayal and under confidence but believe me you have to fight it out all...Because life is not cheap...You are fortunate to have been born in this world...You are fortunate that you have a sound and healthy body... Don't throw it away...Talk more and let out your feelings to someone

Jaby respect. There are lot of Indian Social influencers I reached out to and literally begged them to address the issue. Every one posted one RIP pic and moved on. Love bro.
You have my respect for life now.
