@cold boy dude he might be true because SRK did give a alot of intelligent remarks. He lost both his parents at a young age and he still handles himself very good. The 2 things SRK taught me and would have helped Shushant as well are
1- don't take yourself too seriously.
2- if you are chasing big dreams then don't become a philosopher.
Either become a philosopher and take it easy on your dreams or chase your dreams and don't become a philosopher.
Clearly Shushant took himself a bit more seriously. ( With all due respect to him )
And he was becoming a philosopher as well ( reading quantum mechanics , thinking about human existence). So you get my point. I am not trying to tell you it was shushants fault, all I am saying is you can clearly see Shushant was in a dilemma. And SRK on the other hand was clear in his mind ( though they had similar backgrounds)

Every time I watched an interview of Sushant Singh Rajput, his humility and modesty made me feel like I knew him on a one to one level. This is the kind of impact he had, and it’s the first time that the death of someone I never knew personally has affected me that much.

SSR was a tough nut. But the whole industry always wanted to ruin his career. They killed him😣. He lost 19 movies(approx) in last 2 years. He sacrificed his invitation to International Space University (France) because of one such movie. Aditya Chopra took away his role from Ram-leela and gave it to Ranveer (Johar supported this action of Chopra😠). Many times, when he used to go to Bollywood parties, he was asked to return home from entry gate😞. He was never accepted by this cruel industry. Nobody stood with him ever, but now, there is a long list of fake condolences messages😠. He used to sleep just 2 hours a day and study a lot. He was the only educated man in this entire industry of illiterates.😔

There is so much discussion left about PAANI.. I mean he literally worked his ass off for 3 months!!!! Calling the producers at 3 am to discuss his ideas and everything... The guy who went for set design discussions which he didn't need to... But went just for the sake of film.. and still those cold-hearted producers gave up on him!!!! I mean, seriously???? Not giving role is one thing... But taking the role back after wasting his 3 months which he would have used to get into other projects??? Wtf!!??? As an outsider .. he only gets few projects.. and 7 projects were taken back from him in short 6 months of time !!!!! That's cold....

I saw him for the first time in "Pavitra Rishta". My grandmother used to watch that serial regularly. My teenage self fell in love with Maanav. I followed him when he was in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and I remember seeing his dance and thinking how anyone could be so talented. All his fans were so happy when he made it big in Bollywood. I still can't believe that he did this.

This is one of the most saddest suicide notes I have ever read.
The Police recovered the suicide note lying on his bed, which was addressed to his father. “Papa, I’m sorry as I couldn’t be a good son. I can’t earn like you. I have girl-like features and even my face is like them. People laugh at me. Even I have started feeling as if I am a (transgender). Just watch his Interviews, the stutter in his speaches in those Interviews, how alone he was.He literally had no friends to talk to as he was removed from movies like Raam-Leela,Befikre,just bacause some people were jealous of his success. After Chhichore he had got 7 movies signed but eventually was removed coz someone was not happy of him working with great directors,7 movies is a lot guys, certain people (samajhdar ko ishara kaafi)and production houses are running bollywood like this from ages. Those who agree to their terms ,stay in the industry and those who raise voice are thrown out. Now some will say Shahrukh was also an outsider how come he is at the top now. Before DDLJ he had done acting as of an actor but after that he was typecasted as the romance hero there all his hit movies are romantic dramas except a few,he accepted everything he was given leaving the actor in him behind.
Bollywood's nepotism is bad, really bad.Thats why I switched to Tollywood atleast the nepostism products are good and have made their name by their performances.Their content driven movies are good as well their commercial masala movies.

After all the hoopla around his reason for taking such a drastic step, i observed that he always had tendencies for depression (after seeing some of his interviews) , keeping aside what industry people did to him, because he had a thinking mind and trust me when u have that things become extremely dark at the drop of a hat ,speaking from my personal experience. He was extremely intelligent person but as jaby said after the reaction that we will have to face 'US' at the end of everything. He was escaping from him , maybe he was scared of his mind so he needed distractions. In his case playing characters , especially inspirational did that for him, so that he could escape from his reality. But Imo , this lockdown kinda made things unbearable for him beacuse he had to face his demons now. He couldnt hide behind anything, his mind wouldnt let him do that. And i am pretty sure he became a pro in flashing that end to end smile on his face, hiding all the pattering of his mind so well that no one could think of him taking his own life. Him being an introvert added to that. The nepotism thing may have triggered something which he was already running away from so much that he had to consult a pyschologist. But u cant blame anyone by taking specific names until he left a note stating the same. This incident have irked the much needed talk about mental health , its importance and how can a depressed person seem happy outside but dying each day from inside. Please check on your peeps everyone and especially on those whos behaviour have been different from what it used to be , either irreasonably chirpy or quiet. Please pay attention and talk about it.

This is the most accurate comment I have seen about him. All the talk about nepotism and Bollywood politics could be a small percentage of the trigger but more of it has to be his own personal connection with himself. Having dealt with depression alone and with people around, I know how people around you don’t even know what is going on in your mind. Nobody knew what’s in his mind.
