Yeah.
As long a someone is interested in you and wants to be with you, you can only know what the person wants you to know about him/her. Because people act up when they are interested and usually hide their shortcomings and advertise their qualities.
That's why as much as we can, we shouldn't start with visuals when knowing people. We should conceal the visuals and other external triggers as much as we can. Thus shielding ourselves from any emotional connections.
There is a way to implement that. It's called inside out courtship.
People start to know others anonymously inside with all the internal values. And it's after they have found enough people with whom they match inside that they consider seeing themselves outside just to assess external things when they are ready for marriage.
This approach works very well and it will improve relationships tremendously if it can be implemented at a large scale.

Accepted the proposal of a guy whom i hv known for abt 6 mnths now, started as friends and i fell in love with him with my head, cuz am open to some of his flaws but then he accepts his flaws when confronted, n requests for help to mke it ryt... praying things work out.
