What reliability? Everyone there save for that C6 in the last round was fucking around with their setup, himself included. The first C6 was having transmission issues, heard it not shifting. 240 left OFF boost (test run).
SpecialKLSX OP made a wise comment so I was just making one back, I'm a huge fan of ls power, they're reliable as hell!
actually he was having trouble getting through the gears too. new trans and shifter setup and this was the first time on the track with it.
I know why he didn't get that last Corvette he doesn't have tow mirrors duh.

lol the black vette had, what looked like, a shifting issue halfway down and the S14 was slow as hell off the line. Don't think he would've won either of those.
Agreed, idk if it's too big a turbo, boost leak or what; but I think that S14 for sure had more to show, was really moving in the big-end.
If you listen to them staging, the 240 just wasn't trying to build boost. He barely had it above idle until he took off.

Just a heads up that torque is measured as a force multiplied by a distance. Therefore, the common unit of torque in the US is ft-lbs. Pounds is just a force.

This truck does not weigh 10000 pounds.
Typical 3500 with Duramax/Allison has a curb weight of about 6600 and it is very easy to shed 700-1000 pounds by removing emissions devices, heavy exhaust, tailgate, towing reinforcements, changing tires/wheels, etc...
His trucks daily driven. Besides the 40lbs tail gate and 20lbs worth of exhaust he removed its a full interior truck with a curb weight of 7,239 Lbs. Adding turbos, meth injections, reinforcements and nitrous Im sure added that weight and some.
But that neither here nor there . Allot of semis have over 2000 ftlbs TQ doesnt make you run 10s, hp does or tq x rpm.

not neccesarily, if you do research the pollution of most gas cars is still higher than that of electric cars, although it depends on the region. In California for example its less polluting to drive an electric car since their electricity comes from natural resources. But in Michigan its less polluting to drive a gas powered car since they use coal to get electricity.
