Moral of the video: If you plan to do a Fiverr order like this, record it and upload it to youtube if you get scammed.
It's pretty hard to scam someone on Fiverr as a seller because you don't get paid until a few weeks after the buyer marks the order as completed

Basically the buyer pays up front but Fiverr doesn't pay the seller for a few weeks to give the buyer time to request the refund. If they ask for a refund, the seller can either give it to them or not.
I don't know what happens if the seller denies it, I assume the buyer can just contact Support and get a refund anyway, if the seller tried to scam them.
More like "I hired someone on Fiverr to be carried by me, then dump me, block me and insult me."
I love how he literally talked with you about how his other clients were trying to refund the money and how most of the time he was able to keep it.

There’s a difference between lag/ping and rubber banding.
Ping means nothing. If you're desyncing, you're still lagging as your frames can't keep up with the speed the game is moving and that shit happens to me consistently even when I'm running on 2080.

Two things wrong about this;
1) Other people have thought about this before you and probably play that server consistently, so you’ll be playing same players as usual and lose.
2) You won’t get better, you’ll still be as bad as you normally are and you’ll be playing just worse players.
Just learn new strategies and get good.
