It is very very over exaggerated. Not saying he is bad, but as a experienced player you can see by his Gameplay that is trying too much until it looks like uncontrolled flicking and turning. Don't get blinded by fast turning, flicking Gameplay. Having a good understanding of the game is way more important than these "content" Gameplay.

It took me ages to learn siege. It's a really skill based game. I have over 700 hours now and I'm part of a team. It takes a lot of hard work to learn everything. Even I sometimes forget things. Don't worry dude. You'll be fine.

I think immediately what this guy did better than the last guy you hired which straight away shows he knows more about what he's doing, is he said he'll 'coach' you to get better instead of just claiming 'I WILL GET YOU TO DIAMOND'. That's just a massive difference in attitude because no one can really claim they'll guarantee to get you to a particular rank.
