Your cookies and lemon curd look delicious!! I have never made lemon curd but I am excited to try it. Does the curd need to reach a certain temperature during the cooking process, to be safe to consume? I'm curious due to the fact Raw Eggs are used. Thank you so much in advance for any feedback!! 😊
