For real. DS2 being the worst fromsoft game isn’t saying much, it’s still a classic and the visuals+music still go hard to this day

I have an idea for a challenge run. "Can you beat Dark Souls 1 with only the Drake Sword, at SL 1?"
Dark souls 2 sotfs fan here. Yes I played base game as well.
I only know things about DS 1, so this run was a little hard to understand in some cases, but it was entertaining as always! I really don't understand why this one is the black sheep of the Souls series.
Oh, and side question, what tools do you use to make your thumbnails? I haven't done a lot of research yet, and I hopefully will soon, but I figured asking some of my favorite CZcamsrs would be a good place to start.

Dark Souls 2 was fun when i played it religiously 8-9 years ago but I don't think I'll ever go back and play it again.

writing this as i start watching the vid, im not really sure why ppl keep refering to this as a challenge considering back then nearly noone knew what the stat did and therefor never bothered leveling it and just learning how to dodge on the very limited s we got xD

If you need ADP to complete the game, you have never been good at it and you have skill issues. It is as simple as that. People in forums and social media advicing new players to max ADP. If you are new to the game, never listen to them, you will never git gud if you follow their advice. Learn how to dodge and roll, DONT MAX YOUR ADAPTABILITY.
Idk man, I’d just let people play the game how they want to play the game… being completely honest, your opinion doesn’t really make sense. You didn’t buy the copy for any of these players, so why do you care how they play the game they bought? You’d rather someone not have a good time and carry on with souls, or just have them suffer the whole time? It may be a bad mechanic, sure, but that doesn’t mean that you caring about whether people level it or not, doesn’t make sense. It’s their character, not yours, let people have their fun.
