Ingredients:
3 cups bajra (pearl millet), 1 tbsp ajwain, 1 tsp whole black peppercorns, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt, 1 tbsp organic kasuri methi, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/3 cup wood pressed groundnut oil, 3/4 cup water. Wood pressed groundnut oil as needed to fry the mathri.

Hi Chechi... Adding a handful of chopped methi leaves and red chilli flakes makes bajri more tasty. We eat this in Gujarat specially during winter.
