Summer Seminar 1: "Introduction to Domestic Hunger Policy"

Join us Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. EDT for “Introduction to Domestic Hunger Policy”, the first session of the 2024 Zero Hunger Summer Seminars.
In this session, participants will increase their knowledge about:
• Domestic policies that have the greatest impact on hunger and food security in the US.
• Programs supported by domestic hunger policies and who is affected.
• The current state of food insecurity with the end of pandemic-era supports services.
• How polices can address post-pandemic challenges to food security such as the rising cost of food.
• How citizens can advocate for polices that promote food security.
