Do these woke parents realize that while preaching “remove gender stereotypes” they are literally stereotyping their children by assigning them a gender based on the toys they prefer to play with?

I was a tomboy growing up and did not become “girly” until college. My cousin used to paint his nails and play with my dolls when we were young... he is a straight male. Just because you like things that are not “traditional” when you are young does NOT mean you are gay or trans. I’m so sick of people putting a label on everything.... especially putting labels on young children who don’t see color or sexuality. It is extremely harmful... we all have both feminine and masculine traits within us. Some of these parents pushing these major identities on these children can do a lifetime of harm instead of love.

But, I'm still a girl, and I still like all those "boy" things (these days I like guns and computer programming too!), but these days I also like long skirts, frilly blouses, and doing my hair and makeup. My family didn't enforce gender roles for our interests because they didn't care. I am a girl and my brother is a boy, and we can do whatever we want. My brother also has picked up some more "feminine" interests from me, and that's fine.

At that point when the mother ignores her child and continues he should of demanded she seeks professional help for some sort of mental illness. The child is helpless but the farther wasn't. I would end up having issues with both parents if I was that child, if the mum has a mental illness or is simply delusional it's up to the other parent to step up and protect staying quite in certain situations to avoid arguments is not worth keeping the wife happy and seeing child messed up.

My first bike was purple with streamers and by today's standards very girlish, but my naughty bits can attest, it was definitely a boy's bike, because like many boys, I questioned why boy's bikes have crossbars that make you wish you were dead, when you accidentally slip off your seat...

My mom was like OK!? 🤷‍♀️ Is she hurting anyone? No, is she touching anyone inappropriately? No, is anyone complaining to you? No. What’s the problem!? Well, she is a girl, so she shouldn’t be playing with boys! Is this a rule at school? No. OK then leave her alone and don’t call me again to miss work unless you have a real problem! How crazy is that. 😂 The girls played house or hop scotch, which I liked hopping, but it took forever for a turn. If I played with the boys, I could run full blast almost the whole time. The study also showed that even new born babies present the same pattern, as new born girls tend to look to faces for a longer period of time than boys, while boys looked at objects for longer than girls.
