i find it hard to stan groups with a lot of members but with treasure it's the complete opposite and i think it's because they all have such strong personalities that are very unique to them. and since they all have their own niche i easily found someone that i relate to the most (it's asahi btw :D). they're such a colorful group and somehow they all work together perfectly. i honestly don't know how yg was able to put all of these talented kids in one group hahaha i still get chills when i think about it.
also, one of the things that i love about treasure is that they all have a story to tell you know what i mean? like they have such rich backgrounds even at such a young age. i really really have high respects for them.
@@rui1818 me too...like their is one of the most interesting to make a docu. Especially their vcr on the concert give me such impact to their journey and I'm crying watching that TT...btw my bias is asahi(sometimes I'm not loyal)
It was easy for me because I watched the show and I have three biases and one bias in the group so I couldn’t just leave them

Treasure shared a lot of their story even predebut which i think is a big reason they got such a loyal following. If you were to watch Treasure Box, you will cry every episode (at least i did). Like sure, they are so talented but they worked so hard to get where they are and that's what draws you in. What keeps you coming back for more is Treasure Map. You see the bond they've formed with eachother because of the hardships they endured right after YGTB and fans can literally see them grow closer and becoming better friends with every episode.
Fans already knew so much about their personalities and lives even before they debuted, you can't help but want them to succeed.
There was already so much content out there by the time this guide was made, so it's really in dept and not only focusses on their skill but also their personalities

Apart from their raps, Yoshi also was actually one of the writers of their original japanese song 'Beautiful' (which was also used in anime 'Black clover' as the 13th ending song)
- Yoshi wrote a song called Beautiful. It's an OST for an anime called Black Clover.
- Yoshi didn't make through Treasure Box till the end. He was eliminated but he was called back to join Magnum before they all just ended up as Treasure.
- Yoshi can draw. All the arts on the pic are his drawing.
- Yoshi is good in mathematics.
- Yoshi didn't get to finish his high school years due to the training. But, he still took his high school GED in Korea. He shared that he struggled abit considering that his Korean was still bad at that time but he worked really hard for it. You can see it in 3-minute Treasure.
YOSHI IS AN ANGEL 🤍
Mashiho isnt just an all-rounder music-wise. He's literally an all-rounder in everything - as a performer, artist (he painst and draws), athlete, and cook. He's even good with house chores that are normally challenging to do. 🤣
A lot of people really says Junkyu's smile makes you smile as well
10:27 yoshi indeed also makes art. he paints, sketches, does calligraphy, graphic arts. if you watch treasure map, especially in season 2, and treasure studio, his visual artistry is shown.
They all have their own rooms. They live in 3 groups of 4 members. Some share rooms by choice. For example, working on a lot of music together they’ll move in and out of different rooms/apartments. Asahi and Haruto room together so that Asahi’s room could be turned into a hang out spot. Jeongwoo and Jaehyuk share sometimes because Jeongwoo likes having someone to cuddle with 😂😂
24:00 The only thing YG has stated is that Mashiho is taking a break for 'health reasons'. i'm guessing they don't go into detail to respect his privacy. Yedam will also not participate in their upcoming summer comeback because he wants to focus on producing music for now 💙
I think of all the Japanese members, Mashiho has struggled the most with the language & and some cultural differences. He has also gone from being an only child, working with a relatively small group of trainees in Japan to being a bit over-looked in Treasure due to the sheer size of the group. He specializes in the song hooks, but those are pretty small parts. I think this has been very overwhelming for him, mentally, so he just needs a sort of reset, then he will be back. I think the group needs to rethink how to use him more effectively. He is also an incredible tumbler and not afraid to be more acrobatic. They were using some of these talents in earlier song stages, but some fans went a bit off on the "safety" of the dancing, so the company cut those parts out. I do understand some if the concern, but I think this disheartened Mashi some. It was sort of his time to shine, and it was taken away. Anyway, that is my take on his taking a break.
@@bethwill59 uhu i agree that he probably had the hardest time adjusting to Korea, speaking Korean etc. Idk if his haitus now comes from being overlooked/ not being utilized effectively, seems like a wierd reason to go on haitus tbh but we will probably never know the reason. I was thinking more along the lines of 'being mentally exhausted after their non stop schedule'.
As for fans asking to change the choreo, i actually wanted them to change it too. The first MMM stage they did, Jaehyuk was sick and it's honestly painful watching his fancam of that performance. He looked like he could collapse at any time, definitely when Yedamie had to stand on his back. But not having stunts in choreo is a preference for me because i always worry for the idols no matter who they are 😩 so many things can go wrong preforming, there are many other ways to express their dance skills imo (i know treasure is a performance based group but still :/.)
@@bethwill59 yedam (Korea) mashiho(Japan) both of them are the longest YG trainee of TREASURE 7 year's and YES they really need a break to RECHARGE and spent more quality times with themselves and family for their Well being. Sometimes, no matter how passionate you are you are just a human and tiredness will make a toll on you. They will be back because they fought so hard in YGTB to debut and make this far. I remember during TMAP season 2... Fan cafe meeting with Teumes.... A one K-TEUME told Jaehyuk no matter what he will pursue in the future she will always support him because happiness and well being comes first.

3:53 Omg!! Yes! Finally, someone who noticed how dynamic Yoshi's flow is. I wasnt into rap verses when I first heard k-pop but after i discovered Ilhoon in BTOB, I realized how fun it can actually be. Yoshi got that same melodic engaging rap that doesnt feel off from the song and is riding the flow so naturally. Plus he can also be powerful and charismatic. I cant wait for you to listen to their other b-side and hear what i'm talking about.
These clips mostly came from predebut era so that time they share rooms with another. But during debut they had their own rooms each member meaning 3 dorms were used for 12 of them
OMG its 11:57 p.m. here and I'm finally get to see you react to the guide again 😭😭 Yoshi is just my ultimate bias, he's very sweet and adorable. Yoshi actually has a very unique style of arts. When you see his signature and randoms doodle he did in some of his updates on socials you can easily notice that he really did those in his art style.

About Yoshi following his dream
His father used to be in a band (plays guitar)so he also want to be in music industry just like his father.
Just thinking how much pressure he had to endure (he move to Koreaa to pursue his dream so he take a big decision ) really made me admire him more.

Yoshi wrote Beautiful their Japanese debut which is also an Anime (Black Clover) ending song. Asahi is the one who composed and co-wrote it with Haruto.
Yoshi is an artist and he did make those paintings. Yoshi, Mashiho, and Asahi are the artists of the Treasure, which is so funny because they’re 3/4 of Japan line but Haruto cannot draw to save his life.
Another cute thing is that Yoshi, Mashiho, and Asahi are also the bravest in treasure but Haruto is one of the members that’s afraid of everything, so the other 3 tend to baby him a lot. Treasure’s Japan line have one of my favorite dynamics because they seem like some of the calm-er members individually but together they’re super chaotic. They also tend to work on a lot of music together.

i think we need to be always humble and don't mention any group because it attracts misunderstanding and fanwars.
The rappers have participated in composition of their songs expecially in the latest album where they co-composed almost all the tracks. Asahi and Yedam have composed and written official tracks too. The others have not had their songs released but are writing continuously.
I really liked what you said about Yoshi taking risks to follow his dream. The facts that his family encouraged and supported him to follow such a risky dream warms up my heart, I'm sure when they were in YGTB, Yoshi always had his family in mind.
I don't know if anyone has already mention this or not, but for the recent update for Yoshi, his nationality is Korean (i know.. it was quite surprising for teumes too lol 😭)
It was revealed on 1theK's 'IDDP' CZcams Channel (you can check their interview if you want too, it's really fun to watch them reacts to their 'Namu Wiki' hehe)
Anyway, in that interview regarding his nationality being listed as "Japanese", Yoshi took a moment and explained, "I was born in Japan so I am a Japanese citizen, but I am actually also a 4th-generation Korean-Japanese (Korean decent). So my ethnicity is Korean. During 'YG Treasure Box' because I was a part of the 'Japan team', I think a lot of people thought I was ethnically Japanese. To me, Japan and Korea are both like my own parents. I love both countries."
Fun facts: Yoshi’s surname, Kanemoto, is used by Koreans in Japan who have the surname Kim. That’s why Yoshi’s nickname is Kim Yoshi (because his official Korean name is Kim Bang Jeon)

I seriously cried in Treasure Box when Yoshi said he has to be the bread winner of the family but later he got eliminated. I have mental breakdown when he got eliminated because what he said keeps on ringing in my head. Now I'm so proud and happy for him for being where he is right now and was able to give all the love and comfort to his family.
Same. Knowing he had to win to support his family and then him getting eliminated ruined me. I worried for him and his family.
-yoshi is nicknamed treasure’s angel. he is just the sweetest, softest boy. he always is thinking about the members. literally couldn’t hurt a fly. in rakkidol there was a moth in their dorm and he helped catch it and released it outside. but when you see him on stage, he no longer looks sweet. yoshi was the most surprising member for me because I was so shocked learning yoshi’s gentle personality after watching the mv’s. I think he has some of the best stage presence in 4th gen along with hyunsuk. he’s just a different person when he’s performing.
-I could spend all day trying to describe the enigma that is junkyu lol he is just one of a kind. he’s crazy but determined, clumsy but confident. life of the party. also makes a lot of weird noises. is a safe place for some of the members in treasure as well (said by yedam & haruto). his “lectures” on life last forever and a minute. and he is extremely sweet and caring, in a quiet way- like he will make sure a member is okay by texting them privately instead of asking out loud. (this is the only quiet thing he does)
-if hyunsuk and jihoon are the plate the holds treasure, mashiho is the glue that binds them all together. he is a dance leader and teacher for the boys. he is one of the hardest workers, a total ace. he pulls through and gets work done every time no matter what (said by the members themselves in t-map). even in simple challenges/missions in treasure map he tries his best and follows through. as you can see, he is extremely cute and that works in his advantage bc most of the members can’t say no to him.
