I think it's more of Juno Sauler taking charge of UST's offensive sets. They gave Pido a bevy of assistant coaches who can take care of the X's and O's. Pido can concentrate on being a motivator during the game, which is his best trait as a coach.

Yeah interesting how things will shakeup when it comes to their coaching/management ranks for sure. In the live games, it's Coach Juno doing most (if not all) of the plays for the Growling Tigers)
I think they can keep the current setup of Pido being the defacto head coach while Juno is calling the plays. Si Alfrancis na ang program head. Pido is good enough as head coach as long as you surround him with competent assistant coaches.
