    In this 14-minute video, master Qi Gong teacher Lee Holden gives a brief introduction to women’s sexual energy from a Taoist perspective.
    You’ll learn a Qi Gong routine to tonify and strengthen pelvic floor muscles, deliver loving energy to the reproductive organs, and circulate a warm current of “mist” in your body to balance hormones.

    This was sensational. As you talked about the ovaries etc. I thought maybe this wasn't for me. I have had a radical hysterectomy decades ago. Well, I know I could strengthen my pelvic floor. But...as this progressed I got goosebumps of energy up my front and back of my body and it kept circling!! I do Energy Medicine and Reiki and have not had this experience. Sometimes when we loose body parts it makes us feel less sometimes. In this moment I will not doubt the feminine again. Thank you for restoration of heart soul

    Thank you for this! So much of qi gong content is either general or geared towards male energy and martial arts. I wondered whether any effort has ever been put towards qi work for females especially given hormonal and reproductive challenges that so many women face in the west. Again thank you.

    Thank you so much for this video!
    I want to add if you find it hard to do this as a woman, it may be easier to use the front channel up and the spine down, this is the natural feminine flow of the orbit, the yin channel, and it does the same thing as using the back channel up and the front down as shown in this video.

    Would you be able to perhaps at some point talk a little more about Jing and Qi, how they flow into each other and importance of this? I know also that there is specific type of energy reserve we are born with and should not ideally deplete- i was wondering how this relates to Jing? 🙏

  • @UniqueGeekFreak

    This is amazing, i was looking for sexual energy health excercises for women specific this morning, and found some from Mantak Chia, mostly it was on men's sexual health.
    But i wanted to find if women need to hold back orgasm (ejaculation)?
    And do the same as men? To let the energy travel upwards to crown chakra? In order to not lose Qi.
    Or can women relax and reach climax, without having to hold back?
    This was really great and greatly needed & appreciated!! Keep up the great work👍
    Thank you, bless you all🙏

    • @BraveAbandon
      @BraveAbandon Před rokem +1

      Yes, according to what ive read, tantra is about building and retaining the energy, and a climax is like expending it via short circuit, so preventing climax is important. Eventually the energy you build is supposed to be more pleasurable and satisfying and beneficial to your life and to your relationship than any orgasm can match.

    • @UniqueGeekFreak
      @UniqueGeekFreak Před rokem +2

      @@BraveAbandon thank you my friend :) well said!
      I think it's pretty much like longterm over shortterm pleasure...i.e. ocytocin & serotonin activities & bonding vs, dopamine activities, without bonding, a quick fix but still not fixing the problem.
      And dopamine activities usually are addicting in a negative way i.e. you need to continue doing them to get a "hit", usually more of it or go over the top, every time. Just to get that pleasure seeking "high" or novelty feeling.
      "Slow and steady wins the race"
      And "less is more" , cheers! 🍀☯️
