We spent more money under the other managers though lol. SAF rarely signed more than 3 players, but then again, the managers after him had inherited aging squads.
They never really wanted him out because he was very successful and that was why they never had much attention until he left

Guys, probably an unpopular opinion here:
I'm completely on board with the rage about the Glazer's greed. And we haven't heard about any major infrastructure development for ages. While our "noisy neighbors" are shining it that department. C'mon, even the Spurs managed to build a new stadium from the scretch. This has to end. #enough
But i don't think that the lack of transfer was the problem. Look at our spendings in the last few years - it's scary.
It's there quality of the transfers that failed. It's the poor negotiations that made us pay double or triple for the mediocre players. It's the luck of proper development strategy and future vision. We do need a "fotball-head" director to make sure Ole and the owners are on the same note (and side).
Let's just hope that our message will somehow get to those who listen.

Absolute masterpiece, hit the nail on the head completely and I feel this video is the opinion of every united fan right now, enough is enough but unfortunately I can’t see change happening anytime soon 20/21 is going to be a difficult season, Bruno is going to be used as a scape goat when things go wrong, we aren’t investing in the talent we should be due to us trying to cut deals and to save some change.
