One thing that you are missing on jubilant food works is entry of other competitors in the pizza market (e.g. la milano,La pino). In my city (ahmedabad) these alternatives pizza brands have snatched a large market share from domino's. I used to be a big fan of domino's but now I have not ordered from domino's for last one year. Reason.? The alternatives of domino's are offering much better pizza and more variety than domino's..
These expanding brands are going to provide tough competition to domino's in emerging market.

Sensible comment. It's been ages since i ordered dominos. I now have pizzas from other pizza brands on zomato and swiggy. And they also dish out pretty decent pizzas. I feel this aspect was not covered in the video

Main worry-some point for Jubilant Foodworks is decline in Same Store Growth, so either same store sales is getting divided into more store openings in nearby area or people aren’t eating as much. I will suggest we need to focus on SSG for next two quarter to take final call on the stock

When u will go to dominos next time, observe one thing that they have removed water machines which was there earlier, they are not keeping Tomato sauce bottles on each table now and therefore u will buy a sauce Sachet in store itself so losses converted to earnings...
I think this way they would have decided to reduce some expenses.

In short term sales may get impacted but the profit will not take this much hit as it is right now

This is how investors get misguided... Now everyone is thinking about averaging this stock at 375-380 levels just bse RR made a video. How is technical chart going to improve when the management itself doesn't perform. Does it make sense buying more n more even if there are dips in OPM for consequent 4 quarters. The fine print of this video was, let the management come out of its mistakes which they made in adding new expensive stores and the biggest mistake of adding biryani and what not and just concentrate on their main expertise of Pizzas and show good OPMs for atleast 2-3 quarters. Then investors have to start adding in their portfolio, on technical charts too there will be a trend reversal seen immediately. Pls don't buy blindly bcse Rachna is buying, her portfolio is different then yours 🙏🙏

I have not yet dived deep in BS fine prints but I understand that they are frantically adding to the number of stores and are creating new brands. Both are capital intensive and do impact current ratios but are signs of future growth. Yes, new brands attract risk as well as rewards. I stay positive in the counter. The most important factor hammering this stock is local competitors company is getting they are not doing very well but collectively affecting a lot on Domino's Sales. Also they are introducing localised flavours far better than Domino's so as per my perspective this stock may give decent returns in long term but one can not expect that level of return considering Jubilant Foodworks as a stock which Monopoly. Though it is the only listed Pizza brand initially but now it is going to be a one of those many Pizza brands.
