    Hi, considering these for my 2021 indian scout bobber 60 which has plunger rod forks (non-cartridge). Are any modifications needed to fit these or will they drop straight in after removing the existing internals?

    i installed the cartridge, the compression has like 5 turns and rebound has 11turns. I am wondering how many turns do u have for both compression and rebound.

    Are any modifications required to install these cartridges on the Triumph Bonneville T120 (water-cooled)?

      @accessoriesinternationalin6358  Před 5 lety

      Yes. The modification is not to the cartridge or the fork itself, but you must remove the oil lock from the bottom of the original tube in order for the cartridge to fit through and be installed correctly.
      We use a belt sander and you just barely brush off the lip of the innertube, then give it a slight 'bump' from the top and the oil lock should fall right out.
      If you need any tools for this job, then please let me know. We have the Lolipop tools which are used to remove the innertube from the fork bottom. We also have Andreani installation tools that make the job fairly simple. - Alex

    If I order andreani cartridge, do I need to order as well fork oil? (if is needed, how much it will cost?)
    Cheers :)

    What is up with the non conventional animation of the front end?

    • @accessoriesinternationalin6358
      @accessoriesinternationalin6358  Před 6 lety

      The animation is only meant to show the up and down movement of the front wheel, not an actual conventional dual fork. Thanks for your input!

    The instructions that come with the kit are hopeless. Some forks like my BMW r9t require machining of the fork lower legs, some other forks also require this but the instruction with the kit gives no actual details let alone dimensions, i ended up taking the legs and kit to a suspension specialist and that added a lot to the cost. So beware these are not necessarily a "drop in " kit. And the fork oil recommended is way off for the compression leg, it requires a really thin oil to work properly.

      Ah, nothing like Italians and their overly general instructions. Please give us a call for any tech or installation questions.
