Fly Fishing Beaver Dam #1

Despite the thunderstorm forecast I decided to break out my fly fishing gear for the first time in years and drive up to Beaver Dam to fish for trout. The Corps of Engineers has been generating power from about 11 am to 11pm everyday for about 2 weeks, so I had to get there early to get in a few hours on the river. Today, they actually started generating at 10 am. I haven't fished this tailwater in about 8 years, maybe more. The river has changed a lot and all the places I used to wade are now too deep to cross. It will take a while to learn the river again, but I don't mind.
