I just wanted to say I was so grateful for this channels in depth detail to jobs done. I installed the belltech 3/5 drop to my 13’ supercrew and literally watched the video a 100 times through the whole process folllwing along. Some minor details left aside but other then that was phenomenal to have a follow to video so thanks y’all.
what I removed both upper bolt joins lower and upper struts bolt and nuts and bingo, they key is to do both sides so the lower control arms and sway bar gives you slack to fit the new struts and spacers , dont take off anything that does need to be removed
I got to be honest you took extra steps that was not needed just take the bolt out the top control arm and the tie rod and you can move the knuckle any which way you need it
Yea I tried this like 4 times. After the spacer was in nothing would go back together. The upper control arm bound up on the coil. Truck would not lower

I’m just going to remove the sway bar link with the axle still in and have someone else or use a jack to hold everything up.
Drink when she says "grab", drink twice when she says "grab your nut(s)". We got wasted and had to finish the install the next morning

Just the outer tie rod and upper arm balljoint and the strut will come out just fine
Is there like longer struts if so put part number please I remember some one did it I forgot who tho

That seems like some harsh angles with the UCA and ball joint. Would I need to upgrade my upper control arms for this kit?

@@tommyweese5697 Can you get away with stock UCA for road driving? I want tires to wear evenly after the alignment
@@Cooptech the stock ones even with an alignment are gonna be pushing it at 2.5. So yes you can get away with it for I don’t really recommend it
The angles are stupid harsh. Soo much so you can't get it back together. The axle shaft and control arm binds up on you

I recommend when doing any lift changing your upper control arms with a 2 to 4 inch lift upper control arm.
What are the specs on the 33” wheels & tires? 33x12.5x18? Offset?
Am I suppose to remove those two nuts on top of spring to get this to seperate ??? Mines isn’t lowering like yours is
There should be 3 nuts on the upper strut perch that need to be removed to lower the strut down.

It just doesn't work. It does. The rear is fine. But I bought this kit and the pieces are still sitting around...this kit DOES NOT WORK.
Literally only have to remove tire rod bolt to take spring out bad video anyone trying to do this job
