Hi this may be a silly question, but can I bind these inputs to a macro key on my keyboard instead of creating a cfg file? If possible, I would make one for RAF strafing and another for super glide. Thank you!
You can make a macro rather than cfg, just be careful with the timing of each input as it will change based on the slope of the surface you are on

as long as the commands you have there dont mess with the ones for raf strafing there shouldn't be any issues
It is really hard to hit your shots while doing the strafe because of how unpredictable it it

@@NAVI-Voidwalker well if you really want to improve than CFGs are pr9bably not the way to go. For most people the thing holding them down is the sensitivity
@@Doboxik im playing almost for a year with 400 DPI, hip sens 2,5. ADS x1 on 0,7, (,x2,x3) on 0,5 and the rest on 1.5. It makes very easy to control the recoil but its kinda hard in close distance to shoot with guns like wingman and shotguns (only in ads). When i was maining wingman i was using 1,5 on x1.
But, ho knows, maybe indeed i will change something
hello i have question, for rafe strafe, you have to put as key the top and bottom wheel for right and left, but i already use this keys for tap strafe, how to do?
you would need to make a toggle switch. I have one made on patreon along with many other advanced cfg files
idk why i laughed so hard at the movement
i have a generall problem when i bhop with foward or any lurch with it it stutters (Like when u try to bhop uphill)
Bhop uphill will always stuter your game because of jumpfatigue you dont get much upward momentum

But i found out that using MWHEELUP and jump and forward , and MWHEELDOWN and jump and backward could also potentially lead to a op strafe .
i feel like with some timing and mastery you could like replicate a sort of weaker neo strafe .
but im to bad for it xD
Its hard to use since if u mess up u just completly stand still because of mwheeldown and the backward input.

The version in the video, yes. But i have since updated it so that it is on a toggle, allowing to turn it on and off.

they can work simultaneously as long as the activation key is set to a different key.

Yes, but you wont be able to tap strafe and you will need to do a manual bhop and forward input with each scroll

Make sure you have a forward input with each scroll to keep momentum.
its working...but need to tweak the config file...u guys need to add space in between the first sentence and second....also there is "0" at the end need to delete that
Thank you for your feedback. Everything that you see in the file has a function. Removing it might cause issues on some devices and that it why it is there. Same goes for adding anything. Just because it didn't affect you doesn't mean it wont affect others.

yeah you are supposed to jump with this config. you jump and go left/right. thats raf strafing

You didnt listen. You do either cfg or keybinds. When you do cfg dont touch your keybind settings. Just put your binds back to normal and restart the game

Go and watch my video on how to toggle cfgs. It will walk you through how to make a bind to activate raf, rather than having it always on

@@mcgordon8767 sorry than. I had someone had a similar issue or patreon support and we managed to solve it, by modifying the raf strafr by adding a raf0 file that just add an extra empty step to make sure no problems occur
Everytime I superglide using my cfg file it interrupts with the MWDOWN +jump + right command... After I superglide I cant scroll wheel down to go right, only scroll up to go left? Any reason why?
you would need to setup a reset switch for the cfgs to be used simultaneously.

EA app absolutely sucks, so I would reccomend using steam instead for it. I m working on a solution for how to use CFGs on there but it might take me a few days.

Well not applicable question, this is a cfg not a macro. And yes you can have as many cfgs as you want you just need to setup a appropriate reset switch for them

You can have both as long as you make raf toggle.

slide -> jump -> let go of movement keys -> activation button(if you have one) -> scroll

you need to let go of W before touching the ground after the jump

You can have multiple autoexec cfgs, as long as they have different binds and you have a reset switch

enable file extensions and switch ".txt" to ".cfg". Hope that helps

that one of the options but there should also be open local files or smth like that. If you have it on steam you can also go through there.

It's more a measure of his confidence in using exploits to boost his feelings of confidence. I can't understand how someone would lean on cheats to actually feel good about 'beating' someone. It is very reflective of my values thank you. You see I learned the value of playing the system instead of sticking to the carved out paths. So I love to take advantages of loopholes and I m the kind of person to read the fine print on agreements. That applies to everything I do, whether it is studying, doing research or simply doing menial tasks. Apex Legends is one of few games that allow usage of configuration files and macros. Since it is allowed it is up to each player to choose whether they want to put the effort in, learn a bit of coding and get a competitive advantage. And than we have people like you, who don't want to put in any effort have zero drive to learn anything new and have the mindset of since "I think it is wrong, I must be right and to hell with everyone else". Plus if the player you lost your 1v1 to is bad, a single movement cfg wont make him suddenly better than you. But like I said people like you can never accept that someone is just better than them.

I didn't feel the shame this person wanted me to, or that he 'put me in my place', or that you understand enough to make any kind of assessment of me or my personality. The fact he needed to say what he did and achieve his goal the way he did spoke much more about him than what he would have liked to communicate.
He used an ALLOWED game mechanic to beat you. After you lost you went ahead to search it up and found my video. You saw that this is too complex for you and gave up. To make yourself feel better you went to the comments and accused me of cheating. I stand behind my assumption of your personality ever stronger after your response. Additionally you can raf strafe without a cfg which I showed in this video as well. But I guess haters will always hate, and losers will keep making excuses.

If you are on steam you can go there from clicing on the little cogwheel on the game page -> manage -> browse local files. For EA app I working on a video on how to use cfgs there.

Actually raf and ras strafing are completly diferent strafes. Ras strafes uses seried of redirects with raf strafes are just a specific lurch strafe tech. Nice try bud😂
