This is a perfect example of "how to get shot by police" over a simple traffic stop😂.
Then we get to see all the “ gooooood boys” and aspiring engineers and doctors.

And then blame the white supremacy boogeyman
Well when you’re life goals are to be a victim it actually makes sense
If cops escalate things
Q: Why are the cops sitting there while the car burns?
A: Because they're not firefighters.
Haa ha ha
Reminds me of a TV show I saw where firefighters were watching a huge argument between people. They were asked why they weren't doing anything, and they said they were waiting for the police to break it up.
😂 that’s like saying “why aren’t those doctors arresting that guy?”
Exactly. They have fire extinguishers in their cop cars, but they won't help once the car is fully burning. Plus even going close enough to use the extinguisher could be dangerous in case of a flare up or the battery explodes.
@@narata1541 The EMTs in our ambulance company are trained and told not to get involved if there's the chance of any violence on a call. Leave that to the police.

You are 100% incorrect. Whatever beliefs, document, conversation, etc... has created your misunderstanding of "all you are required to do..."
Regardless of whether you like the facts or the U.S. Supreme Court's decision, the law & their ruling is crystal clear
In 1977, the US Supreme Court (Pennsylvania v. Mimms) ruled in a nutshell:
*During a legal traffic stop, law enforcement may order driver/occupants out of a vehicle.
*There doesn't need to be officer suspicion of anything.
www.loc.gov/item/usrep434106/
Or... to break it down:
czcams.com/video/rese4CPc7Cw/video.html
Not true. And just because you don't open the window is not cause to pull someone out of the car. Just saying.
However the window is situated... up, down, a sliver open... has nothing to do with the U.S. Supreme Court rulings.
Read the court's decision or watch that well explained video.
Stating LEO can't order someone out of a vehicle doesn't make your belief truth nor law.
On a valid traffic stop, law enforcement are allowed to order driver/passenger(s) out of a vehicle.
Also., the U.S. Supreme Court's rulings mean:
Regardless of whether LEO believes or suspects that criminal, suspicious, nefarious activity is afoot, LEO are allowed to order driver passenger(s) out of a vehicle.

Any demand by a peace officer should have articulate grounds. If the officer refuses to formulate them, it is most likely he is unable to, and his demands are not legal.
@@IkarusKommt an officer does not have articulate his specific motivations to you in order to legally stop you, detain you, or order you exit your vehicle. Similarly, your understanding of his specific motivations do not exempt you from obeying his commands. If you refuse to obey commands you are resisting and are committing a crime.
Noncompliance should be met with immediate force. This pandering, arguing and debating by the side of the road is becoming very dangerous.
I agree. It's probably because police are afraid if they do anything considered "wrong" they will be vilified and accused of violating the rights of people. It's ridiculous and makes me sick!
How is trying to get people to comply without violence dangerous? 🙄 Immediately implementing force is dangerous as it’s what gets people injured. Cops particularly.
