Thanks for the video! How can I publish the chatbot on specific pages of my site? I don't want to put the code on every single page (+40) I need to show it. And I can't show it on the whole site.

Hi, why doesn't it generate the code for me at the end of the chat setup?

@priya narayan, to your question on the Live chat
    Question:
how to create a similar new case in amazon cti? is it possible to display the list of case numbers based on the user mobile number or email id? if yes, by which einstein feature?
    Response:
    - I am not sure about the Amazon CTI as I haven't had a chance to work on it yet. However, based on my past experience with other CTIs there will be an API which we can invoke via Apex/Flow from the bot builder or As the Amazon CTI adapter is a managed pkg in Salesforce there might be an easier approach than this.
    - Yes, It is possible to retrieve and display the list of Cases based on any information on the Contact. You Can see the implementation using the Email address in this video.
