2024 SCCA June Sprints at Road America - Formula Atlantic, Swift 008.a: 21st to 8th!

Here is my perspective of the 2024 SCCA June Sprints in Formula Atlantic in my new-to-me Swift 008.a. I didn't qualify in this car, so I had to start from the back after fighting a gearbox issue all week. This was my second ever race in this car and first with the new ECU and Toyota engine package that I'm developing. I was still only shifting around 9400 RPM, so there is a ways to go yet. I was able to work through the field in a shortened 10-lap race from P21 to P8. Thank you to everyone who made this whole project come together after almost two years:

I'm looking forward to the continued development of this new electronics and Toyota engine package for these cars, and I will be building another Swift with this package over the next few months.

Great drive in a new situation. Man those Formula Continentals are quick in a straight line. Also, so much time flat out, wonderful track.
