I truly hated that she brought Salim into her drama and truthfully she's the real reason he's dead. Salim had nothing to do with that mess. I was no fan of his but very sad he got killed like that. Salim’s death will probably be insignificant. Much like how Tommy beat that realtor down with the baseball bat to death and that didn’t come back on him. This won’t comeback on Tariq considering he was wearing gloves. Diana’s fingerprints are all over the apt and the house though.
Pretty sure he got pinky to erase any sort of security cameras at the house or in the area and I’m sure there weren’t any cameras in that rowhouse Salim lived in. Carter is worrying about bigger things plus he’s narcotics not homicide.

We see her flashback with Diana and Dru but Cane is nowhere in sight. Where was he? It would make sense with the mention of Zion and the fight club that Cane was at the fight club as a kid. I could be wrong but I could see that happening. Zion may be 5-10 years older. Not old enough to be cane’s dad though

Noma keeps security on Anya. Her security guard could’ve called Noma and told her that they see Tariq talking to Anya. With that happing they just happen to come across some product at the party.
I think Tariq is using Anya to get back at and closer to Noma. I think as he did with Diana after finding out Effie tried to kill Lauren, he sleeps with Anya as a coping mechanism. I don't think he's interested in Anya and I don't think Noma will allow him to stay with Anya as part of a truce and work together. Especially knowing Tariq could tell Anya she killed her dad. Tariq has Noma in the palm of his hand and I think this and Anya are all a part of his plan
Tariq problem is he thinks he is the smartest and he is not. His dad was trying to get out the game and keep his family from going down the route he did. This kid reversed uno everything. Ghost made them rich and have no worries tariq made them broke with worries.

I think Tariq sees it now but if you think about it ALL of these kid's paths went wrong because of their MOTHER’S. Even Kanan. All of their dads wanted better for them, Proctor, Ghost, Kanan’s dad, Dante, Lorenzo, and Anya’s dad. But the mothers were focused on money and the game. Power doesn't talk about this enough but it's clearly an undertone that's visible.

I don't think Anya saves Tariq. This is all a part of Tariq's plan of revenge I think. His getting close to Anya is a plan to force Noma's hand to let him stay in the game. He could blackmail Noma letting her know I told you I had eyes on your daughter and at any time I could tell her you killed her dad.

Diana wanted away from her family and had a crush on Tariq, but did she see a future with him and was it just “puppy love or her first love.” Anya I think will be different. I think she will be similar to Effie but not in a selfish way because like Tariq. She grew up with wealth and not knowing what her parents did. She's spoiled and entitled like him. But once she finds out he's in the game and worked for her mom and helped her mom kill her dad, what kind of woman/girlfriend will Anya be? That's going to be exciting to find out because I think she will be ruthless.
