So is there no brush one can use to paint onto the surface to add a lighter effect? I am new to inkscape. In Adobe I was used to using a brush that all I had to do was pass over an area with the brush I wanted, and get the effect I wanted..?
Not what I know of but I would double check with other Inkscapers. I would love some features like this in Inkscape and hopefully they could be added in the future.
