Pickles are staple side dish or food in India. No desi food could be completed without a spicy & tangy Pickle or Achar. Enjoy our instant Nimbu Mirch Achar with chapatti / rice or as side dish to any food. It is full of vitamin C, antioxidants and that too without any oil. Please find the full recipe below:-
Ingredients:
• Green Chilies - 100 Gms
• Lemon - 15
• Mustard seeds (Rai) - 2 tsp
• Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
• Asafoetida (hing) - 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder (Haldi) - 1 tsp
• Rock Salt (Pink salt) - 2 tsp
Recipe:
1. Wash the chilies and lemon and wipe them once to avoid any water.
2. Squeeze the lemons into a bowl, and strain the juice to separate it from the seeds.
3. Slit and cut the chilies in small pieces with help of scissors of knife.
4. In a stone hand grinder (khad / okhali), add mustard & cumin seeds and grind them coarsely.
5. Add remaining spices and mix them well. Then add spices to chilies and mix well.
6. Now add the chilies in an air tight glass jar/bottle, and pour lemon juice over it till it fully covers all chilies.
7. Mix it well and enjoy instantly or keep it in fridge as it is good to use for next 15-20 days.

It is good to go for 15-20 days.. you should only use glass jars while making any sort of pickles…

Mam, kya mustard wale masale ki jagah market wala masala add kar sakte hai?
if market masala has the same ingredient you can use...TIP: freshly grounded masala will not turn bitter but readymade masala can taste little bitter due to over grinding of mustard seeds
