This might be an old video, and there might, as you say, be mistakes, but I found this absolutely brilliant. What a beautiful way to transform this horrible cabinet. And I adored those legs. The cabinet’s legs, that is.

I can’t imagine how it may be inconvenient to film and restore at the same time. “Is it nice angle? Will it be on the frame if I move my arm here? etc” I always keep in mind such issues and appreciate your work much more! Thank you for the content I can watch and be surely satisfied 😌😌😌

Thats the trick with lots of these old things, figuring out how to save them while finding a new purpose since they're so well made but in many cases their purpose is outdated. You did a marvelous job with this

Haha merci beaucoup, le meuble était destiné à la déchetterie à la base, et j'ai dit à mon pote que je pouvais en faire quelque chose, il était choqué quand il l'a vu terminé 😆

I wouldn't call this a restoration but a major redesign - to the better! But perhaps one hint for the drawers: To avoid the uneven gaps between the drawers you can build them as simple boxes and push them in the cabinet. Then you can mount the front panels with double sided tape while putting shims between the front panels to make evenly sized gaps. When it looks good you screw the boxes and the front panels togehther - from the inside. (I hope this is understandeable, I'm no native speaker.)
Impressive in every way, the cabinet and the work and creativity that went into building it, showing all your steps, and then the film style, the editing style I like no music until the music helps tell the story, then more sounds from the workshop, everything is on point. A+++ seriously such a good job

Your choice to repurpose this instead of restore was wise. Most current furniture pieces are of shoddy quality. However, I would like to see you restore an antique that is beyond simple repairs. It's not pleasant to have an antique chair turn to fire kindling after you just sit on it.
