Ethnic tensions flare up again in India's Northeastern State of Manipur. Reports say about 2,000 people have been displaced in Jiribam District prompting Security Forces to put the neighboring Cachar District in Assam on a high alert.

First they started burning down kukizo houses and now they played the victim card .Police convoy carrying Meitei Militants and Militia Arambai tenggol towards Jiribam.He could have gone using Helicopter why why convoy is something one has to answer
