I grew up in Boyle Heights so I was spoiled being surrounded with really good taco stands. Going to other taco places outside of LA gets disappointing but tacos el cholo is really good! The first time I went, I wasn’t expecting much. I never heard of it, I just bumped into it when I was in the area. The ribeye taco is crazy good. A bit pricey but they don’t skimp out. This place is definitely my favorite taco place outside of LA. Highly recommend it!
