- Today I review the Stridsfordon 9040/56 in @WorldofTanksModernArmor. The 56 is an Era 3, premium light tank that is on sale for 15,500 gold. The 56 is not a bad light tank, but it sit in the shadow of the Alvis Stormer. The Stormer is a better tank in almost every way which means the 56 is simply not worth getting. If it were cheaper, I'd say yes, but for the price it's at, I have to say no.

I skipped the Stormer and got this instead, main reason is this is more of a assassin tank since it has a faster rof at 0.2 compared to the 0.3 on the alvis stormer and compared to the 50 damage to the 40 damage on the stormer, this tank is far easier to rush in, unload your clip and get out of there with more damage done rather than hanging around potentially receiving more damage in the stormer. I don't like the low speed and big profile of this tank though.

Sometimes I just count the number of missiles in era 3, which is not much less than era 2 now. The only difference here is, you can't find any enemy in 95 percent of maps in era 3, and games are shorter. But era 3 has one big advantage : I only play 75 games to get my golds,while I need 90-100 games in era 2.

I would like to see more premium or Tech Tree tanks in era 1, like the T95E6. Era 3 is not playable so i will not spend any money there. Tank you for the video, to the point as always 👍

Thanks for a good , honest review . I was going to buy this tank and was expecting the base bundle to be 12.000 gold = £ 35 pounds, but when i saw it was over £ 50 pounds, my jaw dropped . Now I'm fuming. I wish i could swear about it, on here. How do they expect the average player to come up with that type of money, all its done is made me more reluctant to spend any more money on this game if that's their attitude towards us .
This is the case with the wiesel and the jaguar 1. They realse the op version then release the nerfed version. If im mot mistaken the advertisement on the news section for the Jaguar 1 was that it was like the wiesel.
Both Wissel and Jagvar are td. This one is light tank, which means team can have more small and agile toxic atgm carriers. They are not compete each other,but work together. While Wissel can two shots every tank, this one can distract this tank with its multiple weapon system. Also it can track the tanks which Wissel can't do.
IDK. I have a one marked Stormer and I think I prefer the 9040. The 9040 has so much turret depression on the missles. I love that as I 3 marked the rak and 2 marked the Jag 1 which both have a lot of turret depression. I also feel like it's auto cannon probably hits harder and faster because of the extra pen, until you run out of ammo. I haven't struggled too much with the missles either, they are quick and they can turn pretty well. I do have a lot of missle experience though.
I think it's your play style I got 2 marks almost 3 on Stormer it's a missile main tank they can key word can fuck you up with it's gun if it's safe for that push
@0-B1 it's partially that. I feel like with the 9040 it deals damage faster while it has ammo so you hide a bit more and are in harms way a bit less. Also you can pen an m1 in the lower plate with the gun while I believe you can't do that in the stormer.

Funny how its auto cannon uses the 105mm gun sound, classic WG screw up
As for comparing this to the Stormer, the 9040/56 has the better auto cannon since it has better DPS and a much quicker reload leaving you a lot less vulnerable. ATGM wise, the Stormer wins hands down with its pen and shorter reload between mags
It’s the CV90 with 40mm naval cannon and the RB56 ATGMs hence 9040/56

Hello Riki. Can you tell me one thing. Can or can’t war gaming change premium tanks whenever they want and if they do is all right to ask for refound and give them back that tank ? Thanks for answer.
Technically they can change premiums but they don’t tend to due to the fact players have spent real money. If a tank has been changed and you’re no longer happy with it you can submit a ticket and ask for a refund. No guarantee they will refund you though.
@@Rikitikitave Thanks for answer. Trying to to get gold back for Wiesel because this tank is unplayable now after they nefrd or fixed whatever.
@@TwojStary706 the problem is they didn't nerf the Wiesel directly the fundamentally changed how ramming works in CW.

Far too expensive. Love the review but could you compare it with a similar TT tank like the Marder perhaps?
I don't consider alvis stormer a better tank because it has a very low POWER/WEIGHT RATIO

Have you ever seen a tiny and agile tank like wiseel get fired?! How many times you see it? All my era 3 tanks has 10 percent fire rate, and they are in fire all the time, because they are big and has a bigger engine. This tiny tank's engines are just a pixel and impossible to hit. This should be nerfed significantly the fire chance of this vehicles should be 50 percent and all their hill should be engine .
Just another Begleitpanzer or Marder or and so on……
Wargaming... take my money.
