This lady's behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional. Regardless of your feelings on what you are being asked, have some decorum! And maybe buy a pen so you can take some notes when doing your job. Hopefully the jury took notice of her ridiculous behavior!

If the defense attorney was defending you, would you think he's proving doubt in this case? I think you would appreciate his fighting for you. She understands exactly what he's asking her.

This lady should be fired. Lying to convict an innocent man. Disgusting.

Is this woman supposed to be an expert? There’s a man’s life at risk. Everyone in law enforcement/public safety should want to do an exhaustive search for the truth.

She’s covering the truth as instructed. Even when asked if she found it strange that on the day of the murder they were unable to detect the phone location of the ex-boyfriend she replied ‘no.’ And same when asked about his phone having no activity on the day Samantha was murdered. You don’t need to be a phone expert to know that is not only odd but unbelievable.

The witness wanted to laugh so hard to the defence lawyers dizzy questions

His questions aren't dizzy. She knows exactly what he's asking her. He's creating reasonable doubt in this case. You should hope to have an attorney like him to fight for you if needed.

The defense attorney is proving that she cherry picked information from the extracted phone data. She couldn't correspond between which apps were accessed and the peripheral (physical hand usage) activity from the end user. She glossed over the ADT security app that can be used to turn off/on or modify the house security alarm. He also shows that even though she is a smart phone expert he cannot verify if the ex boyfriend deliberately turned off his GPS location or turned his phone off at the time of the murder. The prosecutor is only going off of phone pings to the radio tower nearby but not analyzing in depth the end user's interaction with the phone itself.

Wow. I think every ‘potential’ prosecution witness should document ALL critical steps….like when the phone was put into airplane mode. Such an easy process and noe there’s doubt.

the ex-boy friend refusing to return her key and admitting to killing her means nothing? you want them to convict this car thief while the jew who killed her watches on TV?

Listening thru this again - she is so evasive - it’s frustrating to watch. Someone on the defense team needs to learn more about this software so he can properly cross.

Defense attorney reminds me of Darryl Brooks Wakasha Christmas parade perpetrator. Voice and demeanor and even what he looked like before he cut his hair with the dreads.
