I have a giant propeol 2019 model, and also have Neos GPS. Recently I have trouble with my NEOS GPS...it suddenly off the screen... and it seems still have battery power, but nothing show up on screen, even I pushed buttors of NEOS GPS. I have a software named "Giant update" in my Windows pc, but it does not work.. I cannot update this NEOS GPS, and I cannot find any troubleshooting information for this NEOS GPS problem.
