I tried Chicken Adobo while we were in the Philippines - and yours looks just as good, if not better. Now, if we could do away with the garlic and onions!! (That’s just me)

You know I absolutely love this! As an experiment, try out coconut oil in lieu of the peanut oil.

Not a problem, just wipe your chicken dry then strain it prior to serving it.
