Saying one or two sentences for part one is not the avenue to get above band 7;You have to answer the questions you will be asked by saying from 2 sentences, at least,to 3/4 sentences but the answers have to be concise and full of information which makes sense!😮

i have achieved 8.5 in speaking 3 months ago.She is brilliant no doubt but she doesn't deserve to get more than 7.5.This is not a band 9 speaking to be honest.

I took the exam once, and examiner asked me at least 5 different topics. You are asking about one topic throughout the whole exam it is misleading.
Good question, indeed! When an examiner finds a candidate delivering memorised answer, the examiner asks from different topics.
She used lots of Uhs which is not correct. She was confident but used Uhs.
She deserves 8

@@SohelRana-nr2cs As faar as I know, in part one answers will be too short and straightforward. That is why I think the exam is pre asked or scripted.

U jst hv to focus on the accent, the fluency, where to pause n where not to. It's obvious... even if someone is going fr scripted IELTS test, doesn't mean they don't knw the vocabulary... If someone is so much fluent wid such a nice accent means English is already their their first language or atleast they made it up to the mark by learning it religiously
