For the few who said that this bench is "to fancy" or "to much work"- If you want a workbench to last a lifetime and more, you do it right the first time like this young man. We are woodworkers and we get a tremendous sense of pride from accomplishing something this beautifully done. My great-great-grandfather's workbench sits in the middle of my shop with great pride. And as a benefit, it is fun! Well, done Young man. Your work is incredible for someone so young. You have a great career or hobby ahead of you. You have a new subscriber!!
Amazing 🤩 Did he design himself or used old style design from those days? I think it's beautiful to have something like that and use it daily!
Overall it’s a decent table. If you’re not using it for big heavy projects. Its gets unstable when using my jigsaw and handsaw. Table starts to shake and lifts off the ground. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Also the folding mechanic works great czcams.com/users/postUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh when setting up, but I can’t get the table to fold down. It gets stuck 3/4ths on the way down.
Great Workbench!!!
That is awesome! I look forward to the next video. And it is just a click away. 😊
Awesome and inspiring. Thanks
Fantastic Awesome arts crafts gently man
Beautiful!!
Nothing like appreciating the work of your own hands! Good job young man.
WOW, very nice
Lovely job!
What the heck is that jointer/planer combo! Love it.
A beauty!!!!
Magnific Mec ! Chapeau bas.
Nice work
Loved how you left the bottom stretcher proud of the legs instead of cutting them off flush.
Very nice
not every one we can call him master - but u are and gifted - keep going i love your touch all i can say ( nook on wood )
This is great!
Be careful with the strings on your shirt hanging down.
Love the video!
You are an excellent craftsman and a good videographer too! But please consider not adding music to any demo videos. Silence is golden. The zen of the photography is marred by the continuous noise. Silence is something you will appreciate as you get older.
Love it. Real craftsmanship.
Nice work. Never seen anybody put so much effort into the aesthetics of a workbench
That was very enjoyable to watch. Such perfection. If I had done that it would not have been identifiable to the guy at the landfill as a workbench.
Reincarnated master carpenter? Fabulous workshop you have there. A piece of art so far. Attention to detail makes for a very pleasant end result.
You deserve 10.000 likes! Marvelous craftsmanship!
Wow really great. Pretty sure that looks like pine from a locals hardware store? I love that. So so so much. You don’t need some crazy expensive hardwood to make a breathtaking product. Love this.
Hi Are, I just love the base build of your workbench. The cutouts on the stretchers and the through wedged tenons are awesome. I think I've watched this video 20 times! When I become proficient enough, your bench will be the one I attempt. Bravo! Goota go watch part 2 ... again! Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
This much fancy workbench??a huge amount of effort.
Gorgeous work on an excellent looking bench. The joinery is incredible both in looks and function.
Although I'm glad the music was pleasant, I would really have liked some verbal feedback on what you were doing, why that way, cautions of doing something a particular way.
Absolutely gorgeous craftsmanship! I am inspired.
Wonderful...your ability and skills are amazing. Thanks for sharing the video.
Nice base - It was good to follow along. Thanks
Great Build, Perhaps you should make a wooden mallet. My old hands hurt each time I see you pound in a piece of wood with your fists. Very Clean build the through tenons look fantastic!
Genius
Wow great job, very strong work bench
This is really amazing. The art of woodworking. I love it.
Great job! Looks great. I love the details you're building into the bench.
Really makes the bench yours and unique.
Anthony Suchodolski Thank you, Anthony! I appreciate it!
Anthony Suchodolski Thank you, Anthony! I appreciate it!
Very nice bench, clean and strong, well proportioned. One caution: never use the miter gauge and rip fence at the same time. It invites kick-back because you are trapping the work between the blade and rip fence while putting pressure on other side of blade. If you need to do that, clamp a stop block just shy of the blade on to the rip fence. Move your work against the stop block while using the miter gauge but by the time the work hits the blade your work should not be touching the block nor the rip fence. There should ALWAYS be space between blade and rip fence when cross cutting. In your case it looked OK because your cut was so shallow - but be careful!
It doesn’t matter if it’s not a through cut. There’s no danger.
Love this! I’ve been bingeing on workbench and miter station videos for a couple days now. The simple design and the fact that it’s made out of regular studs. Yeah... absolutely love it. Thank you! Subscribed
Bravo
Very inspiring watching this come together. I've enjoyed this whole series. Thank you!
Um rapaz jovem ainda com um conhecimento deste é de tirar o chapéu.
Meus sinceros parabéns!
That was a wonderful video. Simple lines and excellent joinery. Quite beautiful.
Welp, looks like I'm going to have to watch Part 2 now. Fantastic so far!
Excellent my friend
It's incredible in my house growing up everything was held together with duct tape and black sealer. Left me with the desire to never build anything that way, but zero skill🤣. I'm working on the skill part.
Absolute thing of beauty.
Les bases... bonjour l'equipement.. pas donné à tout le monde de l'avoir et de savoir faire. Meme si c'est magnifique
Great video...thanks for sharing
Damn that looks sturdy

You did an amazing job. Thanks for sharing..
I am your big Fan!!
Beautifully done!
Absolutely beautiful
Great job
Beautiful work! Really nice.
Long sleeves while using a jointer with that much of the blade exposed is a very bad idea. Nice shop. Nice Build.
So simple but ingenious.
Thanks!
That was beautifully done. Cheers
Nice display of skill, and an inspiration for a beginner.
Looks great. I’m gonna be building a small bench like this very soon. Just got my Schoberg vise finally
Great work Ari! I am planning a base about the same size as yours, I will adopt your design with minor changes to allow for my skill and access to machinery. I have subscribed you earned it!
Wow! Solid as a rock! I like the cutout styling on the bottom stretchers as well as the through wedged tenors too. You couldn’t damage that if you crashed a tank into it lol.
Very nice! So clean.
good hand skill. All woods are beautiful regardless of price.
For a young man you show a great deal of skill sir.
it is a fantastic job well done ! i'm watching you from france
Very well done. The bench looks great.
BEAUTIFUL JOB ‼️👍Vinny 🇺🇸 PS, New Subscriber.
Fantastic work,, excellent skills, excited to watch part II.
Once you get over the blade of the jointer, you should keep the weight on that side of the wood, in case there is a curve in the board. Otherwise it could lift and you won’t get a flat board.
That is amazing!
Very nice. Particularly like the profiled bottom rails and the accented wedges. A nice build.
Thank you very much! 😊
Excellent!!! a Hugh from Argentina!!
Compliment. A very good work. Well Done!
beautiful!
Hola, Muy lindo diseño, me gusto mucho. Gracias por compartirlo
Great job, Are! Thanks for sharing. Kind regards from Buin, Chile.
Wow!
Very nice work 😀
Amazing work and craftsmanship, thank you for sharing. When you drill-pressed through the legs with the spade bit and then chiseled it square, how did you make sure the chiseling went straight?
Great work! Nice tight joinery. Love the wedged tenons and the profile you put on the long stretchers!
Make Brooklyn Thank you!!
good job, looks very valuable strong benck, thank you for the video.
Are that was a very nice job you look so young to have the craftsmen to do such a nice job
Looks Great 👍
