Thank you Nicole Curtis for raising national attention to the beauty and possibilities of a future vision for the great American city of Detroit! Her Ransom Gillis restored Brush Park mansion basically started the Brush Park explosion! Looking good Detroit.

Just a guess but I’m thinking coda will end up falling through and the land bought for other apartments or maybe turned into a pocket park. Also someone fix up that old gas station already!

It was just 9 years ago when Detroit had done a lot of some and hadn't started many construction projects. I always compared Detroit to Chicago and how built up everything was. I never thought that the vacancy of Detroit would ever fill in. Now I see the beginning of a full circle affect of the city's urban rebirth.

Back in 2022 when I trying to decide on whether to move to Chicago or Pittsburgh (I chose Pittsburgh) I should have considered Detroit too.

Detroit is looking better and better!! it’s unbelievable how much better it is than just 15-20 years ago. Pretty much the direct opposite of San Francisco.
